In a multi-stage, if you change from a round to another and click start round fast enough (or there might be another condition which I don't know) you start Round 3 but you play Round 1. Then the Round 1 will be a first try with the exact same things that had happened in the Bugged Round 3 (same damage, same heroes alive with the same HP). Bug: after going to the community tab or switching to browser and then back to the game the music from before switching keeps playing while the music on the screen you are on ALSO keeps on playing, creating a messy double song sound.

Turning the volume off for in-game music does not mute the "stuck" song that is still playing. It seems the music playing routine doesn't close that instance after leaving for the community tab or switching to a browser app etc.

The only way to fix it is to close the game and start it again. It's been a problem since a number of updates (1.60?)

LCT just reset as evidenced by your 2k points. unless u have a pic from the end of last season where u had over 150k pts and had the plant icon, then this is not a bug.
the plant icon currently tells you you're on pace to finish in top 10 in the new season, but that may change by the end of the 2 week season.

I tought it was some update, but then i entered to check the guild status and I appeared as the Leader, without notification or something. Please fix bug where during a campaign battle, it will freeze. Usually I get a freeze after I win when it happens, but sometimes it's during battle. Still getting this bug after the last update. The game freezes on this screen either after a hero tries to use an ultimate, or the end of a battle. You cannot back out from this screen, the button does nothing and you have to hard reset the game. This make multi stage battles almost impossible. This is really bad, please can you fix this? the simplest explanation for this is that there was a tie for 50th place at the time. Obviously the code has to do some kind of sorting and put just one name in 50th place (sometimes chosen by alphabetical, sometimes not), but that doesn't make you better or worse than 51st, or even potentially 52nd if you're all tied. It comes down to a coding preference - should more than 50 people be considered "ranked" on the leaderboard? The devs said no, which is a perfectly valid interpretation. It's not really a bug, and since this isn't a leaderboard that comes with rewards, it's not a big deal.

I've been getting weird audio bugs, where the different sounds/songs for each tab at the bottom of the screen are overlapping, and one sometimes stays permanently until I restart the app. The song for the campaign tab is the one that does this most often. Sometimes it even happens in different menus too such as the guild grounds.

My Alna is getting damage while she is in immune state. It's a little hard to see in the picture (there is the immune popup) and she looses health. I think it's because of Vurk's poison.
I've observed that interaction in multiple stages of the celestial tower. The immunity still correctly mitigates all incoming attacks but the poison is ticking and killing her.

Somehow when I am fighting the boss at Island of Solitude, my Ainz (usually it happens a little while after one of the heroes is executed) no longer "stops" the timer with his ultimate ability when casting, resulting in me loosing quite a lot of damage. Ok this is the problem. I use both my phone and bluestacks. For some reason the server separates them so when I use blue and then switch to phone stuff on my phona has been "erased" and I need to "switch" accounts even tho its same account. Same with otherway around. I need to "switch" again when I start to use bluestack.

So the temporary solution is to forcefully reload data from server with "switch account" option because for some reason if you use different platform it doesn't automatically load the account info.

I don't know how long will it take to fix Orthros' ultimate. It's been several months since I reported this bug but whatever.

1. During the cast of his ultimate ability, Orthros changes his position on the map and if player's Orthros turns left, he may get his ultimate ability cancelled either by pre-set stuns (e.g. Vurk's traps) or pre-cast stuns (e.g. Ferael's fiends, Eiron's whirlwind etc) just because Orthros "jumps" on them with his hitbox. I first encountered this bug in PVP right after I finished maxing the hero. Later on, I began facing this problem in PVE, which was often a crucial factor of my defeat.
2. Orthros' ultimate ability upgraded with 9 furniture doesn't allow ally's movement if the ally is "not on the battlefield". How it works? For instance, having Flora as the highest BR hero (which has become more frequent after engraveing system release) makes it so no one except for Orthros is moving across the battlefield during his ultimate. I lost the count of the floors in Celestial Tower I had to climb facing this bug. Same goes for Monkey King's ultimate (only one copy moves), sometimes for dead Thalene etc.

To sum up, all I got after reporting this bug in-game was "Thank you for your report" and several months of zero reaction. I don't ask for the compensations nor do I question hero's obvious gameplay problems, I just want the bug fixed one day.

There’s a bug with Joker’s passive, I recorded a few seconds later after it started so it doesn’t show the whole thing. The bug was that Joker’s passive glitched and the whole enemy team was frozen, all allies were gone (till the fight ended), and Joker was freely able to attack/kill the enemy team

This is not a bug. Enemies have been engraved for weeks, it was just harder to notice when engravings were not available for all factions. Also enemy investment scales with your own roster so it’s possible your account may have gotten strong enough to start facing engraved enemies recently.

I had a mythic shemira, 2 elite+ shemira's and 2 normal shemira's. When I auto ascended the 2 shemira's, the 2 elite+ ones vanished. What am I meant to do? How did this even happen? I was questioning myself like ''that aint meant to happen, am I sure that I had 2 E+ shemiras?'' and I'm positive because I always check before ascending and write out exactly what I have to make sure I don't mess up
