Yes. Pity is 65 pulls. Also the order of the cards of 10pulls are random, so if you do a 10pull after 64 unsuccessful pulls, the guaranteed pity of the following pull can be at any of the 10 slots of the 10pull, so you can't make any assumption how far into pity you are after being successful during a 10pull.

I also did a simulation similar to @old bluff and came to 36 pulls on average with the current rates, and about 32 pulls on average with the upcoming 2.5%.

I don't think there is any hard proof for that, the game does seem to take into account the left over pulls after being successful during a 10 pull for future pulls. All I'm saying is that you can't really make assumptions for how far on the pity counter you are if you're doing 10pulls.

After a successful 10pull you might have gotten the hero with the first of those pulls, leaving you with a pity counter of 9 going forward, or it could have been the 10th pull, leaving you with a pity counter of 0. That's how you got to numbers over 65, which simply aren't accurate.

Unions are kind of a "dead" feature. You still get that stats from using all heroes in that union in the same team, but other than that they're kinda useless
