It's better than knee capping your progress later, you'll get more in the long run from doing it the safer way, Trish is generally considered an exception since she's the best hero in the game, but since it's collab you can probs get away with building one of them, pref SJW, early. You can also freely ascend dims given how they work

remember that this trick is only to bypass the restriction, not necessarily make everyone the same level in one click even without the resources to. You need the resources for 5 heroes but you only need 1 higher rank to bypass the restriction and upgrade them. Its for you to understand now gtg babye

No, that’s fine, you can use whatever fodder you want, just try, for instance if you have 2 copies of one at e+ and 2 others, to use the others to go up to L so you can take the L to L+ straight away. I.e, two Arden 1 ira, 1 ogi, use the ira and ogi to ascend Arden to L then the other Arden to make him L+

tbf yea - i kinda get that

but you have different spikes for once you have the spike leveling all heroes up to the next breakpoint (lvl 80 f.e.)

then you have pushng past the breakpoint (lvl 81 f.e.)

then you have 1 team solution with 1 carry (lvl 100 - 1 carry unit)

then you have f.e. later on with multiple teams, i'll still use low levels tho to explain - 2 team solution (2 carry units needed for both teams - 2x lvl 100)

and later on even 3...

after that starting 4-5 team solutions you just dont care for that and level evenly up after 321+ and more often than not you'll be 360 pre 5 teams pve

but it really depends on how much that 1 day gives you

if you feel like no one else does that on your server yea you can grind some better rewards for 1-2 days while others wait, but later on you'll need to use more and more of your instant resources to get that small push and it will get less valueable in terms of "advantage" and it'll even out.

if you use it when your completly at your max and at a big dry wall that needs long long waiting instead of just 6h, 12h, or 24h

like that needs usally 7d waiting - then doing that push is way way more worth imo and from my testing.

in terms of the earlier things you said, I generally do have one carry who for now in SJW. What i lack after that is tanks and survivability for SJW but that's just an issue of not having enough characters, not necessarily level so i gotta just suck it up

and then by team solutions I assume u mean (eventually) 5 team formations that I can rinse and repeat once i take a defeat to see which one beats it.

But ye ig waiting in the long term is just better at least for the resources stuff you mean to say. I'll definitely listen to your advice and hold the resources until they're far more meaningful

im more concerned with people in my server not holding back on ascensions tho, im doing pretty good level wise since i feel the biggest pack of players is at my level give or take 10 on a couple characters. regarding that, i genuinely have a hard time rationalizing keeping units at e+ and being stuck because of that.

ig im kinda asking for advice on when i can break that rule or if i even should? i don't really have a question just wanna know ur thoughts on that whole thing. cuz rn the ONLY way im progressing is borrowing units off of a teammate who has L characters at lvl 120

the thing with ascension is - you can profit from duoing up early on while collecting heroes and choosing what you next ascension will be

while other bruteforce l+/m/m+ and are stuck with it because they dont get the copies to upgrade

aslong as that happens you can even for leveling purpuse upgrade fodder heroes to l and l+ to lvl 120/160

like 4 e+ fodder = 1 l+ fodder

and you need after l+ heroes for m and m+ each one l+ fodder

and before that you need 2 e+ fodder in terms of ascension

and are only 2 off from ascended (ignoring the fodder to upgrading - since we just assume you have it at that point) - yea its tempting to just m+ that hero

but how annoying would it be if you get all other wishlist heroes afterwards and get like 2 others ready for ascension and are now stuck with a m+

because most power in companions is behind the easily available divinity at a1, a3, a5

which all comes after ascension, so if you're stuck even with a good hero on m+

if its not a SS+ tier hero like trishea in terms of "guide/tierlist" value - like then you'll just hit a wall even harder and be mad about it later

I decided to invest all my gems in my Sung Jinwoo to upgrade him to Mythic, but in the end I'm playing a composition where I have trouble showcasing him because he gets one-tapped, so it's often my Shemira who goes solo, draining the enemies. I've tested a few strategies with Athalia pushing with Jinwoo and Gorvo jumping into the fray to stun, giving Jinwoo time to use his ability to reset his HP with a little luck, but I'm a little lost, wondering if this is the right way to progress in the campaign or if there are much more solid compositions to aim for before it's too late.

my server was cursed so the only way to get both dungeon meshi heroes was to spend but I survived just fine off of a0 marci that barely got used and focusing regular pulls and destiny summoning trish, like top 5 every arena before regional and top 50 now, top 10 every DR, I don't think these dims are end all be all tbh, at least not cha, especially for servers like ours which don't have a proper dim buffer since we lack albedo

I don't like stopping normal summons at campaign progress tbh, feel like it's better to look at key hero breakpoints, nowadays I'd say you want both aw units, a decent arena comp for each faction, and your main DR heroes, all up to scratch. I'm missing a lil bit but started saving 50% of diamond income anticipating collab and was able to stockpile pretty well, after its over I'll probs spend everything for a month to round things out then look at saving as much as I can.

Yeah keep getting all the reds god damn, it becomes significantly more expensive with regional arena by virtue of receiving less rewards, unless you become the kraken, regardless, it's coming for you, so having a strong acc is good, regardless of how nice to have dim spirits are at later events, I'm not yet convinced it's so nice that early accounts should forgo building key heroes in favour of it :/

It's not like it's that hard to get scrolls and diamonds between collabs anyway, especially if you're built enough that you have solid rewards from all the modes and little to spend on besides SI mats

My plan on saving is similar. I saved about a month and a half to get the souls I am at for this event. If we keep getting collab events at the same pace, saving for 1.5-2ish months seems to be almost enough. Definitely slowed down some normal progress though.

I am able to get a T1 stone within a week or so, I don't really keep track. They are 88k coins each and you can get 2 of each kind before shop reset.

Once you hit ch 30/31 mythic gear can stop dropping so at that point I say there isn't too much of a point behind buying the gear.

If you do want to buy any of the gear I would stick to necessities like a weapon for Trish if you can't get one.

Tbh idk, I feel like the scrolls are a scam from guild store, I don’t even have that much mythic gear and already buying stones as soon as they’re available, and the only thing I bought from store was 2 staves hunting for Solise factional weapon, the % stat increase is kinda eh but the attributes on the gear itself is often really good especially for carries. Just over 80 days in and definitely already feels nice to get a t1 stone over an elite and some fodder, I don’t feel like buying scrolls would’ve accelerated progress in any meaningful way to change that honestly, especially now with a seemingly renewable income of T2 from expedition, they just feel so much more valuable given the scarcity of them

right but the purpose for resonating is just to increase the cap right? the way i use it right now, i upgrade cap on hogan to new one, then swap him for SJW for example. now sjw is 140 (all my others are 120) and im building up purple dust again to upgrade hogan to 140 then swap him for another champ

repeat that until all are 140 and then begin again with pushing hogan to 160 once i have dust and swapping again first for sjw since hes my best dps

like this make 5 L+ fooder to 160 to make other hero lvl 160, then use L+ for food later on when try to ascend, then L+ random purple hero you dont have 8 copy
