22 is hard. Once you clear it you should be able to clear a few more relatively easily. I was stuck there for a week then cruised through to 26 in two days. Just use formations and find the best one if you get super stuck

That said Orthros seems super broken in Companions to me because of how they tweaked his kits (basically overbuffed it everywhere, especially the hp increase and regen of his 4th ability from 2,5% and max 150% to 6% and max 180% at skill level 1 )
