Not gonna lie I sacrificed a few elite + to get asolise. I think she helps a lot with early game progression and is worth the long term sacrifice for short term progress, especially in tower and campaign. There are also 1 or 2 bosses that require asolise to do good against. By the time you find the fodder to ascend your hero's again you will most likely have re acquired the copies of the hero you have sacrificed seeing how fodder takes long to get. This is just my point of view though (: play the game how you want
