Yes and no. There's a soft cap based in the enrage mechanic, iirc, and a hard cap, but the hard cap is never really achievable. As powercreep moves the soft cap closer to the hard cap, they rebalance it.

For NC she's def better than AwSaf

yea for me its mostly not having enough units to decently cover all the rounds. i can get diamond 1 pretty easy and sometimes luckily get legend so just have to wait until i get more resources to pump up some other units.
