Locals tend go tl Ikebekuro for now.

Nakano also has really good stuff - way cheaper than akiba

It heavily depends on what you're looking for. Once you know what you're looking it easier to direct. Akiba half the district is one thing. Ikebukuro is several things in one area.

Rare limited things 9/10 will be either Akiba or completely out of Tokyo
