ジャズ喫茶ナルシス is my fave - don’t let the sketchy area fool you. Pretty dingy, basic menu card, but the old woman running the place is amazing and the music is too. Lots of hard bop and free jazz. The system is pretty loud, so it’s not really cut out for conversation.

I was on the observation deck (next to the love sign) if you know where that is. That was the area that was really packed. You might have better luck finding a spot somewhere next to the water rather than the deck
