Harder than I thought for sure, the terrain is rough ranging from really rocky and steep to slippery gravel on the way down. Felt like it was never ending. Think it's more of a mental battle though

That day it was more windy than usual and even as a Canadian the very top was pretty cold, rest was fine for me. Had a big windbreaker and a hoodie. Gloves are a must rocks can be sharp. Didn't do it with walking sticks but think I recommend them especially for the descent
