Depositing statues of course isn't bad thing..... Your account gets boosted and stuff. But with Onyx statues, you get more statues per statue deposited, with zenith its even more. Kachow statue is extremelly limited and barely manageable to onyx, so if you deposit it, you can hinder your account little bit, because you will lose this one onyx statue. Furthermore there are upgrades in alchemy that help with depositing statues (not reseting the bar fully, but keeping some % -> so more value per statue)

Overall you want to level your statues, but sometimes it could be beneficial to farm some and not deposit them to use them for some of these boosts I mentioned..... Onyx statues, zenith (but that is very far from you, don't bother) and kachow statue.....

Depends solely on your determination XDXDXD. Idk how far you have progressed, but if you know about night market -> You want ideally 100k of every crop. If I get another crop to 100k I get more of "everything". So it is not worht if you think about it from effort stand point. But from "tryharding POV" it is not bad to do if you can do it.....
