It's not, bc max talent level is thru sailing and companion mainly, time gated

Vault has many good upgrades to help rss production and leveling

early game: w1-6 push and up to the leaks map, though some say sky doggies.
Mid game: I personally quanlify this as when you have some Q damage, can craft div scarves, are at skydoggies or samguards. Possible qualifier is kruk armor.
Late game: Not sure when it starts, but theres def a difference between mid and late game. I can craft GS armor easily, my red salt ranks are around 150, I have 94k total bubbles and 16.2k stamps. my Scoli is done up to the w7 waiting room and is 21/29 completed sections.
