What I'm currently doing is keeping 5 of them in the labs, keeping one archer out of the labs to do menial jobs and the other character is focusing on pushing for their elite class. Once they finish with that, they go back to the lab and another one from their takes their place. I've already gotten my Bubo, Dk and BB like that.
