Anyone else that can't log in on browser? I've been playing through Steam the entire time. Wanted to log in on browser at work. But everytime I click on "log in" it lets me pick e-mail or Google account. And then it disappears.

Sometimes it doesn't disappear and then it lets me choose my google account as that is the one I am using.. but then it just doesn't do anything and I stay stuck in Tutorial place and I can't click on "log in" anymore.

I've tried Google Chrome and FireFox atm, both in normale and incognito form.

Are you sure you're talking about Idleon? There's no pet system in this game as far as I'm aware (unless you're on mobile and it's different from the Steam version).

Same thing is happening to me! I am playing on chrome on my iMac and Macbook Pro. It crashes to a black screen about once every 2-3 minutes after restarting the computer. Some of the functionality is still clickable just like in yours. I'm sure we are experiencing the same bug. I used to run photoshop (high CPU) and zoom (high memory/bloaty) in the background with no problem. hopefully lava will be able to address this once world 3 is out. ❤️

If running the game on steam, and you try to use the steam link app to access it from somewhere else, this us as far down and to the right the cursor will go. Cant mini the game or resize it either as the cursor cant reach those options :/ when you come back to your computer, you have to completely exit steam or it wont let your mouse move passed that point even if the game is closed... doesnt happen with any other games I have used the steam link app with before

Yesterday I let my character farm sandy pots, now I wanted to check on him after 6 Hours on the mobile version and he was standing in town with the inventory I already cleared yesterday... So basically got no afk loot at all.

Getting to the sub class trainer in the dessert before you pick a class breaks your character and prevents you from having any sub class even after you choose a class. Tried using a sub class reset to see if it fixes the issue. It does not. At the moment recommend not doing this as I currently have a permanently broken character.

sometimes typing out single digit numbers when withdrawing money from the chest replaces the previous number, as in you cant type out 1 followed by 2-9 because those numbers will replace 1. That's the only bug with withdrawing money ive found as of now

Found a bug. Apparently if you have food on CD and you're damaged down to 1 hp, the food won't heal you after it goes off CD. Luckily hemoglobin healed me after I killed an efaunt hand which then made the food heal me back up.

I think just found out why one of my characters wasn't gaining any coins when picking them up: it looks like the actual number of coins I have is this huge negative value. When transferring this to my chest it overrode all I had in there, and now I can pick up coins again with that character. Let me know if you need extra info!

If you click on Baba Yaga while he's in front of the portal your character just leaves the map and he despawns. REALLY super annoying
I had it planned perfectly, but needed the inventory bag from the quest reward in order to get enough space to finish crafting a gold bag, so now I have 10 small bags and 5 medium bags already crafted sitting in my inventory and since i'm going to sleep and won't be able to play actively until tomorrow, I just lost basically 20 hours of AFK drops because the thing that's visually on top isn't what gets focus when you click. (I crafted first precisely because I sleep at 11, but staying till 11:05 was acceptable so I did everything i could before baba yaga spawn. I can't wait until 12:05, so yeah this hurt bad)

Figured out the issue. My controller's joystick suddenly started interacting with the game and causing drift, so I needed to go into the property settings for the game in my Steam library and disable the controller. Problem solved.

hi, i would like to report that crystal carrot are bugged... i have seen multiple post on forum about ppl being unable to hit them and get hit back also (which is my case)

I'm level 20, have 70 accuracy for a bored bean crystal carrot and after 3 hour of fighting active... not a single hit.... it for some reason is able to hit very rarely (my hp is not full when i came back)

been encoutering crystal carrot in froggy field etc etc ... never been able to hit 1 once ...which is really frustrating when you know its the mega drop monster

it is also very boring to wake and see you caracter only got 28 bean slice and almost no xp overnight because there was an unable to hit crystal carrot in the row where i was fighting bored bean ...

Not only you cant kill it, but it kill all your active gain since your caracter never stop going after it

so far i can recall i have missed 4 or 5 crystal carrot in the last 48 hour or so....all of them which i was supposed to be very able to kill because in the first 1-2 , 1-3 1-4 world...tyvm

Bug: cant choose a sub-class with Speccius

How to reproduce the bug: I have progressed through the game past Speccius with the pure beginner class, did not chose a class at Promotheus and also didnt chose a sub-class at Speccius, but, because it is so hard to progress with the pure beginner i changed my mind, i clicked on Prometheus and that prompt me to chose a class (warrior, archer or mage), but after that there is no way to chose a sub-class with Speccius... (my guess is that the char gets some sort of flag after first completing the quest as a beginner or as journeyman and could be fixed by removing the flag from the pure beginner class?! A simple check: is beginner class? or warrior/mage/archer? yes -> remove flag.)

BTW, that happened with my 6th char, because i was unsure which class to chose, i tried to level up the beginner before committing. Any suggestions on how to fix this?! I rather delete this char if there is no fix for this... is there a way to at least delete this char?

ps. this is very annoying to me, so much so that i rather not play until there is some sort of fix to this :/, because, every time i see the char that i am stuck with, i feel something that i can describe as great discomfort and anguish :/

I completed it once on my first character, then with the second guy I actually failed it and since then I havent been able to retry it with that character or even start the quest with any others. Playing on steam mostly, but tried it on android as well and no luck.

Not sure about being unable to start the quest with other characters, but if you open the Codex and select the quest, you should be able to forfeit it and try again. If not, then that's a bug.

Providing additional information on buggy Crystal Mobs. (previously reported by other users)

Problem: Crystal mobs in both W1 and W2 will lose their increased damage, accuracy requirement, & experience reward.

Additional Info:

1. The loot and hit points of the crystal mob do not seem to be impacted.
2. W1 crystal mobs give the same amount experience as green mushrooms.
3. W2 crystal mobs give the approximately the same amount of experience as crab cakes.
4. Accuracy change was verified by the "afk info" section of the menu while the mob was targeted and lack of missing any further hits.
5. Monsters spawn doing normal damage and will then switch to a bugged state. The trigger is unknown at this time.

But mining, when you want to do Minigames, and you either hit idle or leave your ore vein you need to change maps to prompt the choices again. All of the other ressources do not have that problem. Characters can't launch any spell in general when they have no weapon equipped if any spell assigned needs a weapon, even if all the other slots assigned for spells don't need any weapon :
Repro step :

• Get a Shaman
• Unequip any weapon
• Assign Electric bolt as a spell in any slot
• Assign all the other spells in any order (Like Mini Fireball)
• Click on "Auto attack" in any map

Expected outcome: The character launch all the other spells but electric bolt (which requires a weapon)
Actual outcome: The character doesn't launch any spell at all (because he's trying to launch electric bolt which is highlighted but can't, since he has no weapon equipped).

@turbid frost , there's been a fair number of reports related to lost coins yesterday and today, it seems, though yours looks like an integer overflow. Not sure HOW it would have triggered, though, given that you have nowhere close to MaxInt coins, and the number in that field isn't a nice power of two, with or without the sign bit...

steam game crashed when ive tried to sort some guild info while actively farming snelbies with a hunter.
like hardlocked. then failed to load on steam in a few attemps then when ive managed to load it, ive lost all the progress (hunter whos always active had 23 hours afk timer, all the guild daily tasks which ive completed were gone)
so may it be possible for the game to save every hour at least? its ridiculous

OK SO i got a theory, that looks like it might be correct on what the hell happends
with AFK time and also with syncing with baba yaga timers
So when you play actively for extended periods of time w/o closing the game or w/o going to player swap menu game might lag a bit due to loot on screen or some other reasons. i bet there is some built-in javascript time ticker or something
So that lagged time is stored as your afk time, which you ll immediately claim when going to player swap menu or closing and reentering game, from my experience it might be as low as 1min per hour or as high as 8 min per. but it adds up!
That explains why playing over 12h or more might get your baba never spawn in x.59 to x+1.05 or even .10 time periods. and why it always spawns x.59+1-2 if you ve gone to player swap menu prior to going to baba (or after going to it at some x.58)
That also explains how playing for a week or so might get you almost a day of afk time if you havent closed the game or swapped players via player swap menu.

Not sure if its a bug or a feature, but it looks like it might be a correct pov on whats happening

Found by @woeful carbon : Alchemy level up bubble uses the same random number to decide if you get a gift, and what the gift is. This means that if the chance of a gift is <35%, you can only get gems (and very rarely the party hat), but nothing else. As you raise the level, you can get more gifts. If you want to check the JS yourself, here's the code snippet:

I got an issue on steam where when i open legends my cursor keeps going downwards constantly, this only happens when i am on the legends of idleon window itself if i tab out it mostly stops.

Here is a breakdown:
This bug involves the mining minigame.
To reproduce it you have to first click on an ore and then click off, once you've done that click on another and you won't get prompted with the "Play minigame or idle" option.
The reason I feel as though this is a bug is because for every other skill that has a minigame you can manually click on any different resource as many times as you want and each time you'll be prompted with that option. However, that doesn't happen with the mining one.
The only fix i've been able to find is going through one of the portals and then back to "reset" it almost.

On my pixel5, the aspect ratio is a bit off from the screen, but instead of centering or adjusting, the game renders with a large black bar on the left side. (This also massively breaks split screen)

ideally it would be an adaptive ratio, but even if that's not possible having it centered or even 'top aligned' so that the dead space is under the 3 button navigation would be more useful.

Mining rate on my miner randomly fell overnight despite not changing my gear, 142/hr last night -> 126/hr today, mining chance also fell (8%->7%) and I realised the mining efficiency was lower than it was yesterday. @mortal cipher , that's a known nuance; you HAVE to change characters for the data to save. I don't know if it's considered a bug, but it is what it is. The general advice is to go to the character select screen (the one with 'Sign Out', 'Patch Notes', and 'Discord' buttons) before closing the game.

I opened the android app and it's showing Idle for 7 hours, when I opened the steam version and played for a while (and swapped to all characters, and closed it properly) an hour ago.

Closing and reopening both is now showing the 7hr idle time on both, and I've apparently recovered last nights levels, but lost a handful of gems from a crystal monster and had my purchase of storage chest 6 revert (I suppose I consider that a fair trade).

I have accidentally softlocked my quest progress. Went through the world 3 tutorial on character 5. Quests progressed and I am now at crabs for trapping. I can't on my 5th character gather samples, so I swapped to my first character to get to the quest to do it, but I can't get past Trappin with the lord because he no longer gives traps because he progressed automatically, so I can't get to the quest to do samples on 1st character, so now I can't get the shrine architect talent book

Worth noting: Effaunt bug did not effect the web client for me despite impacting both Steam and Android - so it was entirely possible to sync my save, login to the web client, kill the boss, then sync your save again from PC, login to your device of choice and once again sync your save. I was able to access W3 in this manner
