• Full Detailed Description of Issue: Hi; I can't reclaim the class cetificate needed for the slab stack. It just refuses to let me reclaim the quest item. It doesn't seem to be in my storage either and completing the quest does nothing for it. Restarting the game, cloud saving, etc, doesn't work. No issues with other "certificate" items such as Yondergreen's and Bob's Boxes.

• Can you replicate the issue always?: Yes, no matter what I do, as soon as I select any character then my game crashes a few seconds afterwards.
• Full Detailed Description of Issue: I was playing on steam/the web version as well as on mobile and had no problems with syncing issues or crashing till a few days ago. I'm not sure what exactly changed but now whenever I try to play on my phone, as soon as I go to select any of my characters my game will crash right afterwards. I've tried clearing the cache, clearing the data, as well as deleting and re-downloading the game yet nothing has solved the issue. I recorded the entire process and can send it over to show video proof as well. Lastly I tried logging in with a different account and it worked just fine and I had no issues whatsoever. It seems to me that my account itself has a problem but I'm not really sure how to go about fixing this sort of issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just unlocked the annihilation grimoire upgrade for the db, the one where you have to kill 200 mobs in 60 secs since entering a map, and I can't get the game to register gigafrogs, I'm for SURE killing way more than necessary, I tried changing map and coming back, tping vs walking in, changing characters then returning on the db, entering the map in auto vs entering and THEN activating auto, I tried to do it manually (ngl, not sure if I actually reached the 200 in 60secs while doing it manually, I'm gonna try again now to see, maybe that ay it works), exiting the game, it just never registers, is it bugged o is there a trick to make sure it does?

I left my game running on my bubo for the night, and during the night i lost energy, and since i use a notebook it didnt turned it off, and my steam kept running offline, and idk why didnt the game kept running offline but. when i wake up, my daily reset times got pushed forward, like 2-4 hours forward, prob by the time the energy got back or something
So basically my reset time for shops, automatcly boubles upgrades, stamps cost reduction, and other bonus got pushed 2-4 hours forward, maybe more i dont actually remember, so now by the time i wake up i still have to wait a couple hours for the reset, wich is kinda annoying, and its on a totaly random time of the day

Full Detailed Description of Issue: If you set refine to auto refine, you do not get the 2x salt bonus from it. As far as I can tell, this is because Panda's bonus is not a salt output modifier, but rather a POW modifier. Auto refine deposits the base rate of salt directly into the output tab, bypassing POW entirely, leaving it set to 0, so the panda has nothing to modify.
Screenshots supporting issue/report if possible: Top is a single cycle when manually clicking the refine button, bottom is with it on auto-refine. Don't laugh at my tiny salt rate.

There was already a message before me that explains it, but all character creation has been halted due to an issue with bots appearing and emoting everywhere in every town and part of the game. We don’t have a clue on when lava will revert this change, until then tho you will not be able to play the game/create any new characters.

Is Sneak Mastery VI unavailable to reach?
Every single time I break the door on floor 11 and move up to floor 12 and see the 'meet me at the rift' message and go there it bugs out, says I'm still on floor 11 and blinks all character out of existence.
So it forces me to drop mastery to 4 and then back to 5 which puts all characters back on floor 11 with a closed door and of course has completely reset the Funeral Flowers bonus.

This just happened for the 3rd (possibly 4th) time and happens on both mobile and Steam.
Have tried verifying the game files before moving to floor 12. Cloudsaving multiple times. Only checked sneaking on a single platform. Only using my first character.
So far nothing has worked.

If Sneak Mastery V is the max, I can live with that and just farm floors at this level, but I couldn't find any indication (maybe because of reading) that SM VI should be inaccessible.

I've got a couple of issues lately.

1. I levelled up the Deathbringer skill "Apocalypse Now" on one of the earlier created ones (I know about the issue where only the most recently created one's kills count towards this skill) and the tooltip dropped from 7 monster types to 6 monster types. My Deathbringer whose kills count is currently killing towards the 8th monster type, but I'm concerned about the drop off of one of them as there seems to be no way to see exactly how many you have killed of any specific monster type with just the current character in the required form

2. In the Gardening section I have 2.91k of the final crop of the Basic Seed Crops (image 1). But in the Night market the Exp GMO still says I have 0 crops with 2500+ (Image 2) - or maybe I can't post images here....

I would like to report a bug regarding the Secret Set, which consists of five pieces, specifically for the Beginner class, the Voidwalker. When one of the pieces is turned in by the Gallery the Namtag or the Trophy, it is possible to get a replica in return. However, this replica does not count as part of the full Secret Set. As a result, the set is no longer complete, and the bonus is never applied

Possible Bug Report: World 1 Shop Item Has Higher Difficulty Than World 7

World 6 chaos,
endless alchemy,
sailing RNG,
sneaking mechanics,
liquid bottlenecks,
and enough multikill damage to delete small civilizations…

…I have discovered my greatest enemy.

A World 1 shop item.

Current observed behavior:

Item stock remains account-limited
No meaningful late-game scaling discovered
No “Buy All” button detected
Player hand experiencing repetitive click damage
Emotional support owl unavailable

Expected behavior:

By World 6/7, some mechanic should probably:
increase stock,
automate purchases,
or allow bulk acquisition

Additional symptoms:

Character can kill gods
Character cannot buy enough Q items

Conclusion:
I am no longer fighting monsters.

I am fighting retail inventory management.

Please investigate before my character retires and opens a convenience store instead. < Looking for a retirement plan and not an investment plan.

Time for my own bug report:
Inventory slots beyond Page 5 don't work properly sometimes. I've got a friend who plays that doesn't have any issues, and neither does my P1, but when I used new bags on P4 and P6 (DK and WW if important) I can't manually put items in them. When items are "forced" through Split-Stack or simply picking them up, they will go in, but they can't go out, with the exception of equipables (food was my example, so I assume anything you can double-click would be fine). Hello, two possible bugs:

1. I play from Steam and have made a purchase before. Currently when I try to make a purchase it just goes to checkout and stays there. It's not "my gems have not arrived", it's "the cashier has gone out to lunch".
2. Two of my characters are currently on the quest "I'm blue dabadeedabada" (thanks for the earworm, yes it worked). Both have over 30K kills of moons and the amount of Ghosts in my storage has increased from last night, but the quest isn't counting the Ghost needed nor does grabbing one from storage work (for other quests it doesn't really matter how or where you got the item). The kills took place AFK and I have the "Straight to Storage" upgrade; I think the bypass provided by this upgrade may be preventing the Ghost from ticking up. I'm going to keep them active (well, one at a time) to see if that notices a Ghost. ETA: went to the Colosseum with one of those two, a Ghost dropped and got counted. Isn't coding fun?

Howdy, was trying to advance my Knockout! in the upgrade vault, and I had a Journeyman nearby so I decided to do it with him. When I knocked-out the poop, nothing happened. So I tried again, and checked it's HP. I was hitting way above its 15k HP: on average around 30k (yes, I even had my weapon unequipped!), as can be seen from the 2nd image. Anyways, I assumed the reason is the TWO PUNCH MAN talent from the Journeyman talent tree. It activates two hits every time you attack, so I assumed that was the reason.

I talked with others in #idleon-gen-chat, and a user suggested it might be that the "extra damage" that is applied by two-punch man is registered as the first hit (so in the first image it's the 5.4k dmg). But then I got the hit in the 3rd image - over 15k even with the "extra" damage (albeit a crit, but still). Anyways, another user suggested I try and reset the talent, so that's what I did. As soon as I reset my talents, I got the advancement.

Ngl, given the Journeyman is the "fist combat" class (keep in mind I'm very much a noob in the game), it'd make sense that he is the ideal class for "bare hands knockout", and with that in mind, if the TWO PUNCH MAN actually counted as a single hit (from both punches) when determining KO. But, if nothing else, at least fix the issue of the 2nd hit always landing, and thus invalidating the Knockout! advancement.

Clicking the "login" button brings up the login options, but none of them actually do anything after clicking them. I found "fixes" online stating if you click one of the login options and leave the game open it eventually logs in but after several hours this hasn't worked for me.
Screenshots supporting issue/report if possible : I could provide a screenshot of me at the tutorial but I'm not sure if that would help.

EDIT: Issue has been resolved thanks to someone in the community who DM'd me. I logged into the web version of the game, and after logging in on web I got back into the steam version without issue. No idea why that fixed it but it did.

Mini display bug concerning sets. If you equip a set, the Skills Info panel won't update until you click on one of the equipment slots again. See images:

1. I don't have the set bonus, my Mining Eff. is 432
2. I equipped the set, but my Mining Eff. is only 436 (because the armour I equipped increased it by a bit)
3. Only after I click on one of the equipment that is part of the set does my Mining Eff. go up to 690

A minor bug, but it might confuse people on how sets work.

NOTE: it also breaks on unequipping a set. This is actually quite bad: if I equip the mining pants while my set is active, the Info displays I have 722 Mining Eff. But! If I click on one of the set pieces, it actually drops down to 464 (essentially the initial 432 from image 1 + the mining pants bonus). This can be really confusing on how sets work (and don't).

NOTE 2: ok this is really bad, the displayed info will stay broken even if you change the entire equipment, and as long as you don't click on one of the set items (in this case the copper armor/tool), the display stays broken.** I've been mining with my warrior thinking I had 822 Mining Eff., but I only had 565**!

When worhsipping the game is super laggy on steam on later waves. You can't really play. Online is stated, that the web version is better optimized for that, but i can't login on web version, because i started the account on Steam and on web there isn't the possibility to use Steam Login. strange bug involving switching characters or cloud sync and taking any loading zone

whenever taking any loading zone (portals teleports or server changes)
movespeed and crit seems to slowly rise for some unknown reason and its no small amount the difference between the two is a huge damage difference
im not sure if its some kind of strange pow 10 bonus that is not being correctly counted or what but that partly doesn't make sense as i don't recall any movespeed bonus for power of 10 of anything (correct me if im wrong about this)
afk gains do not seem to be affected however active gains would obviously be affected by the extra damage gained from the extra crit chance/movespeed especially from the quick slap bubble
cloud sync changing characters or closing the game and reopening seem to reset it back to its lowest value but as the player takes portals teleports from the map or using the town teleport item or changes servers the numbers rise steadily

rapidly changing portals does not work it is only after approx a 1 second delay that the values for movespeed and crit go up (by opening my inventory very quickly i was able to see the change happen)

previously this affected my characters for their hp was doing the same type of bug this was approx 2-3 days ago

it also doesn't happen infinitely..after about 10 or so times the crit chance stops going up and after a few more the movespeed stops going up..for me it goes up by 50% movespeed each time approx (exact value may be around 50.2%) with crit going up by around 40% which is why i guessed it might be some type of bugged power of 10 bonus

after further testing this does not seem to affect any master classes in their respective forms (wind walker/arcane cultist/deathbringer)

On mobile for android (unsure if also on iphone) after beating the final spelunking boss in scoutpost you can't click the lore tab and scroll over to the image with the final spelunking boss from scoutpost . If you do so right after beating it for the first time it will take your win away (happened to me twice in a row), but if you do it after a few hours it wont take the win away but still crashes the game. While the mobs do respawn after death, there seem to be a 2-3sec delay between the last mob dies until the next wave of mobs spawn in, I’m wondering if this is intentional or if it’s a bug in the timing or maybe a different issue altogether. Thought I would mention it here since it is confusing to me that description and application isn’t the same.

Bug: Constant crashing when spelunking. Almost without fail, once I approach 200 on any cave, performance plummets, breaking is extremely choppy, and the Descend button takes forever to load in. Once that starts happening, the game will crash without a doubt. Nothing can be done to fix this - sitting in town, low power mode, full performance mode, plugged into a charger, closing out any background apps. This has been around since the release of spelunking, it needs to be addressed because it makes a crucial skill completely untouchable.

So I killed Amarok on my main character PokeyMouse, unlocked the desert, read the tip with the blurb about it being unlocked for my other characters. Awesome. Switch to my archer and notice upon going to town that it isnt unlocked, bummer but didnt think anything of it. Have them afk at monsters to get their dmg and accuracy up so I can kill the boss.

(Today) After the update I get to where I think I can kill him on the archer and I got ahead and try the boss fight, manage to kill him. Yippy unlocked the desert. Went over there did stuff like fish and get on cauldrons, go afk fish and I switch over to my mining character.

Mining character gets to town and boom, it's already unlocked. I go through, I get on cauldrons, I get 2-3 of the cactus's quest line done. Switch char. after putting him afk in the jungle hills on snakes. Load up my mage, portal is now grey again with the lil gem icon above it. I just wanna get everyone on cauldrons T-T.

Before today no one but my main had killed the boss and after today it is only my main and my archer that have killed the boss, I have not transferred the gem or anything like that. I experienced this bug on android, although I play both pc and android.

Being able to reclaim quest items can lead to skipping massive parts of the questline with subsequent characters (i just tried it out with the field report) - but since it doesn't erase the skipped quests it just lets you do them or skip them if you want to (but may be something to bear in mind if it's unintentional)

Also, @Oxalt#1240 - i collected some afk chopping xp and it seems i only got about 1/3 of the listed amount (also have the 25% conversion). I don't know if maybe the increased xp as of the last patch means that the stated vs actual xp don't line up now or something elsr or if i just miscalculated and got what i was supposed to.

Report: Had two crashes already on different days when opening the obol screen (directly, not via quik req) I think both times it was on my Squire, trying to change some bronze LUK obols for silver STR ones or viceversa I think... when trying to move the obols the game froze 2 seconds and CTD. Restarting the game in both occasions just let me go and change the obol without problems.

I then reloaded the area via the portal and the Survivability showed 100% again. Might be a rounding issue.
Equipping Food items with the "fake" 100% doesn't affect my projected kills/h either.

Hi, I'm having trouble with even weak colloseum mobs not dying. Even bored beans. Even though health is depleted they wander round for like 10+ seconds before they die. This clogs my screen and distracts my chars targets. It can also be hard to discern which mobs are "dead" and which aren't.

I've noticed that talents like mocking shout doesn't seem to affect them and they wander round unaggroed until they die. I actually didn't beat the dewdrop colloseum because of this

My picnic stowaway daily quest is not resetting each day. It's been stuck on the nuget cake part for 3 days now.

I gave my bug report to Lava regarding the Promotheus issue on the launch from V1.06 to V1.07, to where if you had a full inventory you wouldn't get the rewards from that quest and would be pushed into the next quest instead. I am still wondering if I will get the reward from the Promotheus quest to find Baba Yaga.

-(Lastpatch, not confirmed current patch) Using Spiked Gloves (non-mage weapons?) with Energy Bolt ability on mage won't let you use the skill altough you can still basic attack. Other skills on automode won't or rarely be used in active play. Afk gains increase using the skill is not affected using said weapon.

• Gaze upon baba yaga task did not complete, had same issue registering requirement with the quest to gaze on baba.
  -Typing input for chat rarely stops working. (Works after restart app.)
  -Deleting/backspace in chat input almost never functions.
  Visual bugs:
• (Lastpatch/current) Talent point indicator showing up without points to spend. ||(Am i GoIng cRaZy? )||
• ||Moving trough Freefall Caverns shows portal indicator clipping trough secret portal area||, felt like a glitch to me.

Gameplay quality:
-My older mobile device get lagg spikes after input on minigames.
-Game becomes laggy when leaving loot for a while. Lagg clears after pick up.

If you keep the alchemy screen open, liquid count updates on the liquid tab as more is generated, however the values on the brewing tab do not. Eg. Playing on mac in browser: I've had my main character running idle for a few days, and just checked my other characters. All 5 other characters gave their afk loot, but have lost all equipped items, and all inventory space boosters have disappeared. Each spawned with 15 hp when I logged in as them. Max item stack amounts are still correct. Skill points still seem to be accurate as well. But that's a lot of time and money it'll take to recover everything they lost. No abnormal changes noticed with my main character, but I have seen that he's come back from afk with 15 hp multiple times in the past week or so. Not sure if it's since the update.

A couple things I've noticed (playing on a Samsung a51):

1. Sometimes displayed price is less than the actual cost, usually at rifts (eg costing 7 souls instead of 6 like it says)
2. Certain progress bars are not filling correctly. AFAIK the xp is correct, but the bar displays wrong, growing in both directions centered just right of the left of the progress bar. This doesn't affect all bars, but it affects most of the pet and farm bars (that's as far as I've gotten thus far). Maybe others too, I just've gotten used to it so I don't remember them all.

Programmer with 25 yrs. A lot of the issues listed here look like latency/lag problems, where the client and server are out of sync. One guess would be that communication is a bunch of small updates, rather than a batched update of the current state. Thus when the player does something quickly, only part of the updates are completed, leaving things in an inconsistent state.
This will require a deeper code change to fix, but will clear up a whole series of bug appearances.

this bars come from 1 ore smelting, i didnt see the report before, so im reporting it now, i discovered when i left some ores smelting overnight and came back and see that theres no ore left, even if the numbers where not matched with ores per bar. i think that the bar doesnt go up, but if you come back later to check they are just smelted.

Minigames are unplayable for the last week or so on Firefox. There used to be some minimal stuttering but now it's complete freeze for 1000-1500ms on regular intervals (Not just in minigames..everywhere). Pretty sure this is not a matter of resources as this is my software engineering workstation and is an extremely strong system (Intel 10980XE/128GB RAM/LSI Megaraid RAID5 SSD only storage)

My mining minigame's minecart became disjointed from the game, making it a bit more difficult to time jumps/dives

So it seems that in the specials area of the talents, if you choose a talent then click the arrow button, It shows the (!) Thing for all the tabs. It only happens if you click a special talent; but idk if it only happens if you hit Specifically this one; or if you need a talent on the right special pannel. But still this is wierd either way.

Not sure if this is a bug or not but wanted to report. In daily guild points, defeating monsters while AFK does not count towards that daily task. Is this something to be fixed, or intentional?

The "pick up item drops" task for gp counts it when items fall from enemies instead of picking them up.
