Are you missing Gems you bought with real money?

Option 1
♻️ Tap the RESTORE button in the 'Buy Gems' section of the gem shop!
(The 'Buy Gems' section is located in the top-right of the Gem Shop)

Option 2
🚪 Log out, and Log back in. Your gems should have arrived.
(The log-out button is in the bottom-left corner when you open idleon. DONT DO THIS if you forgot your login, duh!)

Option 3 (This one takes up to a WEEK so try Option 1 & 2 first!)
📧 Send an email to [e-mail], and follow the below instructions:

STEP 1: Title the email "Missing Purchase"
STEP 2: Tell me which $ Pack you are missing, and ATTACH RECEIPT.
STEP 3: Tell me your 1st Idleon Character's name

Here is an example of an email you'd send me

I answer all pending customer emails on Sunday!
If you followed the instructions above, you WILL get a response on Sunday, so sit tight
