Hi, my stamina bar in spelunking went down from full to about 40% on all chars. This is not the first time it happened. I did not change the device. Relogging did not fix it.

Edit: Friend of mine told me I had skills on my bar that needed to be manually activated. Which prevented raise dead from activating due to queue. I removed said skills and rasie dead now triggers just fine.
Edit2: I am now being told this is indeed a skill issue.

I have checked it right now and got a new vman nametag. If you hold another one, the reclaim could fail. If so, change the nametag copy first.
Maybe another bug as thought - in this way, reclaiming the nametag and offer it to Codfrey, you can max out the number (5x nametag for 250% of its bonus).

Full Detailed Description of Issue (include steps to replicate & char name if you can/want): Left game running active AFK for ~10 hours. When I returned, I did a couple small tasks on the currently-active player (construction, gaming, bought Lucky Slug in Pet Mart, few other things) then cloud saved to log into another character. All characters besides the one that was active AFK had been totally reset (level 1, no gear, etc.).

I attempted to follow the troubleshooting steps in #customer-support. Logged out with the red button then logged back in. After I did this the first time, it semi-restored my other characters. Almost everything is restored except for: all the gear the characters had equipped is still gone, missing all inventory bags except the gem store ones, the traps I had out for the characters are deleted, about half my family obols are missing and all the character obols for all characters except the one that was active AFK, stamina is missing from Spelunking.

Attempted logging out and back in about a dozen more times and no change, as well as deleting the local files and reinstalling.

The name of the upgrade was different, but I'm sure by natural progression that I had the right one. When I look at the wiki it supports my claim.

If I zone anywhere, it then picks up. This means my Sigil progress is extremely slow as it never adds on offline time. I’ve checked by logging into a char in W7 and W4 and it happens both times and also on different classes (logged into SB and AC, happened both times)

for some reason Metal plants sometimes become unharvestable ( this only happens to Metal plants specifically) and don't actually grow all i do is collect all occassionally, and it just doesn't harvest them and keeps the OG number, it has happened at least 5 seperate instances, unsure exactly what causes it. it causes me to have to delete the crop then replant (starting over)

I am unable to interact with anything but the quest tracker and the party hide/show tab when logging in/switching characters. Reseting the app sometimes works, clearing local data has the same effect. However I lose all afk progress on that character when closing the app. ( android player)

Attempting to switch to Poppy from Orion will crash the game. This happens with all classes, all characters, in all maps I tried it in, and happens 100% of the time. It doesn't seem to matter what your character is currently doing. Restarting the game and clearing the cache didn't help. I'm playing on Android, and haven't been able to test it on any other platform.

tl;dr the game crashes whenever you try to switch to Poppy, making her minigame completely unplayable. Nothing fixes it.

Similar to Aether, im playing on a Chromebook and if I use that auto afk feature I can't interact with any menus after logging in or switching characters and I also lose all of the afk rewards, no exp or nothin. Lost 1400 days of afk on the one char when I tried to see if that option would let me keep all the stuff I knew I couldn't carry, lol. Only fix is to close the game and keep logging back in repeatedly until eventually it lets me access the menu again to turn the option back off. I turned it on again after to see if it kept doin the same and it does. Wont be usin that feature for now, but yea, figured id report it.

Theres this bug on mobile on andriod. If you use a candy or any type of afk rewards like coming back. The ui just freezes and you cant interact with another. Only the quest menu and you can grab items off the ground. But i lost 5 blue candys and 10 hours of afk rewards. Please fix this😭

Hey, not sure if this is the right place for this post but I am having difficulty logging in on Steam version 22405942 with Gmail. Seldom does the game log me out but for some reason it's not only logged me out but also won't allow me to get back in in what seems like a buggy way. When I attempt to log in through Gmail, it brings up the browser and gives me the "Success! Device connected" message on Google, yet Idleon stays grayed out as if the pop up is still there. After multiple Steam and computer restarts, as well as a reinstallation, I instead attempted logging in on mobile. At first it kept putting me in an infinite "Connecting to server..." status message but after logging out then back in it worked with seemingly no problems. Browser version is also working normally. Any help getting Steam going would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: Another weird quirk regarding this issue is that the game must be closed through Steam after attempting this login, and "Stop" on Steam also closes Chrome.

What i think is the reason, is that its slightly tweaked and hasnt been made for the phone fully. When you doing that can clog up the screen or something. Like afk rewards or candy. I've been having the same problem since last year. I reported it once, nothing. I managed to resolve it after months, but 1 month later it happened again. It was months like this, I reported it 2 weeks ago or so... Until hours ago I managed to solve it. Had to kill nightmare Kattlekruk with him. After trying very hard to get in with him through the website, I went to kill the boss. As soon as I left his room and looked at the bank, the character was normal. Try to kill some boss or the one from W5 with him and saw if it worked.

Description : I was upgrading my stamp levels which requires weapons in-order to upgrade the stamp level like "Agile Stamp" which requires "Copper Axes" for example. I gathered my materials "Oak Log" for the Copper Axes and pressed the Craft button to quick craft them and even though my inventory cap is currently at 96 I was able to hold up to 551 Copper Axes.

Full Detailed Description of Issue (include steps to replicate & char name if you can/want) : When SB attacks with high enough atk speed, the default regular attack does not register. If I were to unskill the bowman skill flax instastring and attack something, that mob would never get hit or die. These non-registered attacks do proc flax instastring, even though the attack itself will not show arrows or deal any damage. At the moment, I can't tell you at what atk speed this issue starts because there is seemingly no way I know of to find your atk speed either in-game or using third party websites. What I can say is that my SB will not fire any arrows if using the Spine Tingler Sniper or better. It has no issues attacking with Sediment Core Grunkler or slower bows. This issue is not present on Windwalker and only on SB (Not sure if it would be on Beastmast, Bowman, or any lower archer classes.

Hello, I'm writing here because I've tried the same quest five times now and it's not working for me. I've abandoned it and restarted it, just so you know. It's the Christmas tree quest that requires me to stay on the Box Bopes map for 21 hours and 51 minutes. I don't know what to do anymore; the other quests completed without any problems.

By changing my featured character in the guild, I finally got the Guild Higher-Up World 3 steam achievement.
I was stuck on the achievement at 1 200 out of 3 000 despite getting 4500+ GP for my guild.
1200 points was around the time I might have changed the featured character a first time, so I figured I might try to change it again back to my first character, it actually fixed it.
I do not know if it needs to be the first one, but it should be a good place to look for in order to correct the bug.

My gaming STILL does not work and has been broken since W7 update, Part 2. If I click harvest all, the game just crashes. Also my arcade hasn't worked since the same update came out. I think there's a bug with the steam release? I run the game on my lunch breaks on my laptop. Recently, the battery on my laptop has been getting absolutely MURDERED. So for context, i used a complete class redo on my VMAN so i could get the nametag cause my quest was glitched and never was able to receive it…

Then got informed lava stuffed the coding up and you can’t redo VMAN, so i started to make this pathway but im stuck at this class now and it also wont let me complete Elitus and Prometheus Quests as it seems to think im still a VMAN even though im not.

I’m desperate for anyone to give me advice on how i can try to resolve this.

I took a look at the King of All Winners boosts from the gem shop. Not cheap, but the bonuses would be pretty significant for my account so I decided to go for it. I've been getting the exact same bug, where the screen goes blank, then returns with some text and armourless characters (as seen in Nozgul's screenshot).

Notes:

I have opened several hundred edible coins and not received a hat. I believe it was stated in a previous stream that the odds to receive a specific hat were 1:63, so the odds of receiving any hat in general should be quite decent when opening nearly every edible coin able to be opened. I have gotten 50/50 coins every day and all digs for coins, aside from one dig event that bugged and gave me choco boxes instead of coins. There are also several other people that have not gotten any hats in general, from speaking with them in different discords.

I apologize for how generic the bug is, but I can't be sure if somehow I was just extremely unlucky or if there is actually is a bug, but it definitely feels like there is a bug compared to past events where I received 3-5 hats throughout the event.

Full Detailed Description of Issue (include steps to replicate & char name if you can/want) : This started a few days ago not sure what triggered it, but the bottom 6 crops do not show anything and unable to harvest the crops or advance them further the overgrowth goes up but nothing else changes. The only way to see what has been planted is going to crop info but that doesn't help with anything. When harvesting all those bugged crops stay the same the OG does not reset nor do they advance to next crop. Update: after logging out and back in and replanting those bugged crops it has been fixed for now.

As of 3/26/2026 5:43 PM I have missed out on the ability get 100 coins over the span of 48 hours as it says i have reached my max monster drop daily limit for coins, however the only character i have killing monsters that i keep running on my second monitor has 0 coins, none are int he chest, and i have never had a full inventory in this time and i have auto-loot so i wouldnt miss pikcing it up, i could've gotten the new nameplate, and more rewards had this not happened.

Been unable to do spelunkling for a long time. Current energy resets when i white screen or restart, game logs out temporarily and get the FIRST introduction screen and the choice to log in then the energy is reset down to ~20% this has happend several times. Its impossible to get energy to the +600 to be over half before it resets.

1. I've been trying for 2 hours and can't log in. It's gotten to the point where I click "log in through Steam" and it literally doesn't work (I'VE UNINSTALLED IT DOZEN TIMES).
2. It's impossible to get 100% achievement because you need yellow belt 50, and I already get belts at level 150, so it's a shame this isn't designed for achievement collectors.
3. The backpack on page 6 is so buggy that it doesn't work like a regular one; deposit all doesn't work on it, etc.
4. Dance to LavaFlame, it's cool. I wasted 6 hours just to dance. I even danced to it and it didn't pass. I tried 2 live streams and I tried both. Detailed Description: I was playing my Arcane Cultist and using Arcane rocks 1-5 at a time. I had used rocks from 700 down to 605. At the time of using the 605th, the entire stack was consumed from its locked slot (2nd slot at the time). No sign of it in inventory, chests, etc., shouldn't have dropped on the ground or anything. I was on the fire spirits map and earning about 73B massivons/hr, but only had 221B after the usage of the stack, less than expected if the stack had been used. Android platform if it matters.

Same goes for me and my buddy. Everytime we log in, almost every stat of ours is cut in half. DR, Damage, AFK Gain. The way we fixed it is we swapped a trophy around in the gallary and swapped it back and everything was normal. But when we log out and log back in, everything is cut in half again.

Sometimes when I log on or switch characters I get "disconnected" (for lack of a better word) from my companions. So for example even though I own a ram I cant use my storage from quick ref, or I lose stats from stat boosting companions. In order to “re-connect” I have to teleport to doggy for the game to recognize the companions and activate their abilities. Additionally, a few days ago on some characters I was pushing portals with, all of a sudden I lost their defence/HP and now don’t have the survivability for the maps they previously had. I checked and there were no equipment/food/card changes on these characters so I'm not entirely sure what's causing this, it may be related to the pet bug or something else entirely.

Can you replicate (redo) the issue always? Upon starting the game up it goes to the tutorial. Clicking log into steam does nothing.
Full Detailed Description of Issue (include steps to replicate & char name if you can/want) : Attempting to log in and it pops up the tutorial for starting the game. Selected the log in at the top right and selected steam. After doing so there is no prompt and nothing happens, it just sits there. I'm 99% it was on a steam account but I also attempted to use my email which just put a dark filter of the screen and sat there with no prompt being shown after entering a email/pass.
I've actually double checked my account since then and based on my achievements I started playing in 2025 meaning the account was created after the cutoff for stream and I have only ever played on steam. I tried uninstall and reinstalling as well as deleting my local files. No change in behavior still just sits there after selecting to sign in with steam. I have never played on any platform except steam.
1st character's name is protoVivi, if other info is needed for my account I can provide it please reach out. If I don't hear anything I will assume that my account is gone forever and just move on. Starting over is untenable when I was in the middle of world 7 and have almost 6000 hours active according to steam.

Then saw it was a guild request putting me in Multikill. so I went to leave the guild and it asked if I wanted to leave Moon Time. This persisted through several restarts. I stopped paying attention for a while as I was not able to access discord temporarily. I just checked and the notification on trying to leave guild now says Multikill. I think the system messed up, if so can I get back to my guild? If I was kicked from my guild or the guild was disbanded I did not see any notification for it. any direction would be appreciated.

Cavern Resource nodes may be off. Logged into them this morning after AFK all night, AFK showed it would be done in an hour for each. Hit "Storage" when claiming AFK gains, but needle barely moved even though AFK gains window showed amount over what was remaining.

The other night, I noted that it appeared my spelunking energy had been reset to 0 on all characters, but could not confirm it was anomalous. Yesterday, I noticed I had 0 divinity points, odd considering I am at divine rank 13 and the odds of spending down to 0 seem infinitesimal.

Whenever I leave my main farming on a map, it shows something like 5M kills per hour (for example). But when I log out and come back later, it barely killed anything, and when I check the stats, it shows around 400k per hour instead.

A specific test example was with ~210,000 fuel per hour and 47% afk gains over a 30 minute period my expected gains were ~49,000, however upon testing the gained value was only 12,000. After further investigation I decided to move ALL my sushi AWAY from my campfires and my fuel per hour value dropped to 51,108 per hour, taking this value and reducing it to my afk gains (~24020 per hour) and then considering the hal hour period DOES give a value approximately equal to the 12k observed gains, I'm not sure if it is for certain the source but it is potentially such

I’m reporting a pretty serious bug that’s happening with my main.

Whenever I leave my character on a map to farm monsters, it shows an estimated kills-per-hour rate. However, when I log out and come back later, it doesn’t match that number at all. If I check the stats again, it shows a much lower value (around only 10% of what it was showing before I logged out).

This is seriously impacting my farming efficiency.

Got this quite a while ago, delete game cache on your phone (or just reinstall the game), log off your google account on your phone, start the game again, you should be able to choose steam now. You could also try to just reinstall it/clear the cache, without login out of your google account.

When I close them game and relaunch, my xp/hr drops to 698k and my afk gains rate drops to 53.5%. After changing maps the issue resolves itself. This effectively makes it so I cannot gain meaningful exp despite having 100% afk gains for research. I feel that afk research gains may be bugged, as I went to bed last night with 108m xp toward level 57 and woke up 8 hours later at 110m which isn't reflective of either rate. Also, when checking my research xp on mobile my rate is significantly lower, about 66% of the normal rate.

Description: After hearing about this issue, I decided to test this by keeping a bare-bones setup and combine high tier sushi, since the gains there are the most relevant. With a 14 minute gain, I should gain about 23% of an hour's worth, but according to the attached video, I gained nothing.

A t21 being made should have given me 164.22b. Furthermore, even if we forgo the hotplate multi, I should still get 110b. (Hotplate is 1.5x, so the reverse is 714bx0.67 = 478.38b. 23% of that is 110.02b)

It's possible that these gains are calculated without ANY multis in mind. I've come to the same theory regarding offline fuel gains.

Someone format this for me, I’m lazy. But you can summon the deer as a windwalker in the pet area (at least on iOS) by visiting it with the skill already active. Killing it causes a crash. Unsure if tempest form is required but I was in tempest form at the time. It sucks ‘cause if you’re on auto your char will just nuke the deer from orbit before you can leave, and when you reload the game, the skill is still active and the char is still on auto so you crash again. Might come back and edit this when I’m not lazy, if I remember.

That's probably because you have the Zenith Cluster activated. Go to W7 and talk to the Zenith Monolith. There you can turn the automatic transformation of (It converts 1 million statues into 1 cluster)

You can see in my screenshot, I've only regenerated 1.7m fuel over THREE hours of active time when I should have regenerated 3.3m over a SINGLE hour. That's 9.6m expected vs the 1.7m actual.

For context, I've been farming zenith clusters at rams while waiting for sushi fuel to regen. I have been active the entire time. There is no lag. There is no desync (cloud save and back, no extra minutes showing up). Nothing else that relies on active play for rates seems to be affected (e.g. research). It seems like just a sushi problem. Sushi bucks seem to work fine though. It's just the fuel that's an issue.

Before the last patch my clones were able to do this floor (floor 9, ascendance 4) without any issue, this character in the screenshot at 0% detection, others hovering around 40%. CONSTANT CRASHING 5 DAYS NOW.
After a crash I'll manually close the app as it won't start again and will just re crash instantly. It will only let me log in on a different char. (Or crash again immediately) Once a char crashes I can no longer log into it. (Without 2 second crash) I've found that if I log out and then back in through Google I can play for a minute. But soon after it'll crash again. This is a BIG ISSUE for me as it has been part of my life for some time now. Spent 500$+. And many MANY hours.
Platform: I only play mobile. Android 15 - Moto G stylus 2024 - 8g ram (testing iPad 2 soon)
Happening: EVERYTIME and Char, All my chars say 4 days ~hrs. Just after the gold rush event ended.

Full Detailed Description of Issue: Annihilation! requirements for the deathbringer Grimoire upgrade do not seem to work as intended, making it incredibly hard to achieve on certain maps. I believe the 60s time allotment is instead actually only providing 30s. I have checked guild kill tracker and used a stop watch and am definitely getting over 200 kills within 60s. A few maps (slimes, pincermin, mashed potato[stuck here]) were very hard and I was only able to complete the first two within 30s due to very lucky tombstone mob spawns.

Full Detailed Description of Issue (include steps to replicate & char name if you can/want): When I go to bed with the game still up, I'll leave the Sneaking UI open since it has a certain amount of hours it saves up and then stops progressing (as far as I'm aware), similar to the Shovel in Gaming. That said, if you built up a ton of items/checks, at some point the game will just freeze and forces you to close the game. No idea what amount of hours is needed to cause the issue, I just know "if it was overnight, it'll always freeze", so it's probably somewhere in the 6~8h range if I had to guesstimate.

Full description of issue: Attempting DB Anihilation! Progression for Moonmoon kills. In game kill counter used and time tracked for 60seconds. Even when goal is hit or community suggestions tried to work around bug (Enter with auto attack off, enter and wait 2-3 seconds before killing, let all enemies spawn before leaving and reentering then beginning kills) no attempt progresses past.

When closing the game, the Lab nodes disconnect. This causes things like Sigils to stop progressing.

After reopening the game, Multikill and damage are reduced (probably because they are no longer connected to the respective nodes).

This only gets fixed when I manually reload the Lab.

I don’t know if this has already been reported by another player, but this definitely needs a fix. My Sigils only work while I am actively in-game.

This doesn't fix the issue. The issue is that the pets aren't being calculated into the stats/gains for the first character that you log into so you essentially receive nothing on whatever character you log into first.

And on that note, whatever change he made during the April Fools update actually fixed the issue. While our characters were smaller, the "no Pets" bug didn't occur a single time. Now that the April Fool update has been reverted, the bug is back, infinitely repeatable

Explanation: After whole night of actively running Idleon on my phone I received like 1h worth of dust on my WW, while I was actively running the game for over 10 hours.

The new update still contains the "No Pets" bug. Upon logging into your first character (specifically the first character logged into, not just the first character on the account), they receive the bare minimum of AFK rewards because the game is calculating them as if you have no pets (easy to determine the bug has occurred by not having access to Remote Stash via Ram). Changing maps or accessing the Gem Shop reinstates your pet buffs, but you still lost everything that character would have gained while being AFK

I'm not getting proper afk for resereach/minehead currency. I have 12.6 mil research xp and after 1.5 hours afk with game closed I gained 2.6 mil. I'm having two issues on my Android device that I'd like help with:
Issue 1: Every time I enter my game, the stats keep decreasing, and the only fix is to close the game and reopen it. This happens every single time I launch it.
Issue 2: My Sushi game crashes and closes every time I try to open it.
