After the latest update, game crashes every single time after 2 seconds of logging in onto any character.
Platform: Android.
Can replicate consistently.

Upd.: After clearing cache and reinstalling the game, the issue with crashing persists, but a little differently.
Now every action with any interactable menu option causes a crash: opening sailing chests, teleporting between towns, switching characters, trying to cloud save, etc.
I am not the only person with such issue as it seems from the latest bug reports. So please, take a look into it as soon as possible, because game is currently unplayable.

Repeatable: I did not retry it because it's not easy to resolve. But it did not happen after disabling auto loot after afk
Description: The new update has the QoL-option to enable auto loot after AFK. However enable this action makes all my characters stuck on Android (I don't play on other platforms). The character selection screen works as expected but as soon as you select a char it's getting stuck. No afk pop up and you can't click anything on the screen anymore. This happens for all characters. Somehow after an hour of trying 1 char was movable again. I did nothing switch char and when coming back it was stuck again. After trying for a while again (reselecting chars forth an back) I got one moving again and as soon as possible I disabled the auto afk loot option. It did not happen after that anymore.

While spelunking my game crashed, I was in the meister doll caveren (not sure if that’s what it’s called) floor 120 or so, I had 3 characters left and had beaten my biggest haul in this caveren by quite a substantial amount, It was at 6.7mil before and I got up to around 200mil before the crash.

I lost all the stamina on my character that had used it and I didn’t get any of the things I’d collected during my run.

This is a weird one imo, but I was using some of the "Dvinity Pearl" to cap out some Mining to level50 so I could go see what was after Void Ore, the portal turned green but I didn't get the "Portal Opened" text. I can't click on the portal, and the map does not show the next area open. I used some candy to get to level 51 just in case maybe something was weird with it and that didn't work. I tried re-entering the map, closing the game, swapping between characters, nothin'.

Unless there's something else stopping me from going beyond void ore, I cannot go to the next map using "Divinity Pearls" when leveling up to 50.

Edit: Nevermind, the real portal is at the bottom left it seems as someone @ in gen-chat to me just now. Why is this one there then and shows up on the edge of your screen when you hit level 50? D;

Was able to repeat the issue twice in two different runs, have not tested on other character, other worship totems or relogging. Has not been an issue before.

The tower upgrade menu stop appearing which prevents me from accessing the upgrade choices.
Has not been an issue before on this map, only unique thing I can think of is that I've upgraded three kraken towers to level 5 without choosing A or B, trying to click all over the tower sometimes can randomly allow to get in but that's perhaps 1 out of 100 taps

No overflow or high number of damage/monsters/level, see attached image for more details of run in question.

Swapping/minimising app does not help.
Can move character around.
Can swap between buy and sell menu.
Can place new towers

Can't access tower sell choice same as with upgrade choice.

Work around identified:
Placing a new tower does seem to unblock and enables to access the upgrade choices, however a tad annoying as I lose out some points to buy a cheap tower and sell giving a negative user experience.

Update:
Was able to replicate the issue once more after switching character to auto attack mode, unsure if this is in combination with previous suspicion of level 5 non upgraded kraken towers or if only due to the auto switch, will need to test once more after this run.

Update 2 - New workaround identified:
Manually using an ability appears to enable to access the upgrade menu again. Using ability manually as workaround works both in both auto and not auto mode. When switching to auto mode to trigger issue can tap on towers a few times without issue, but on the 3rd or 5th tower tap bug reoccurs.

Update 3:
Unable to reproduce on fresh run using load function, however now kraken towers are level 5 and have chosen an upgrade.
Issue was possible to reproduce during the previous run even after choosing a tower upgrade, unclear if once triggered it causes a cache of sorts.

After defective run also got a message about being afk but that could be becuse of switching to discord on phone to post here.

To begin with, I realize that this is somewhat of a duplicate report, but I wanted to provide some additional details that have so far been left out.

The Sooshi megaflesh upgrade in the Bubba clicker game no longer protects against worse rolls when rolling the dice. Specifically I have seen a roll of (8,9) with a multiplier of 1.49x be replaced by a roll of (1,3) with a multiplier of 1.03x. I kept rolling and got back to a roll of (5,6) for a 1.30x multiplier. This subsequently got overwritten by a (1,2) roll with a 1.02x multiplier. A friend of mine similarly got a roll of (4,10) with a 1.30x multiplier replaced by a roll of (9,2) with a 1.14x multiplier.

Currently, Sooshi does not protect against a lower total dice value like it used to do before, nor does it protect against a lower overall multiplier, as it is supposed to do according to the patch notes for the Valenslimes event update

Selecting my Windwalker character on Android instantly closes the game. I have another windwalker and It works well, but not my first one.

On Web/Steam I can open the character, but Bank items do not appear, other characters are not visible, only Autoloot enabled appears in the menu, Save & Exit option is missing (must close the game without saving → data loss), enabling Auto freezes the game.

This issue already happened last year and I managed to fix it after a few months. I had reported it before but unfortunately received no response. Now the same error happened again and I cannot fix it, clearing data and reinstalling the game did not help, and the same issue happens when logging into the account on another phone.

Character is currently unusable on Android and partially broken on Web/Steam.

Any progress I have made on Steam in the last 24 hours has been wiped away. Thankfully what ever pet trades / won in the last 24 hours are still there.

When leaving Steam, I closed via "Player save cloud", and then on the char screen, I went to Steam and clicked "Stop" and it saves and closes the game. This is normal. Then I went to my phone to load up Idleon so I can buy a pack via Google Play, the Char I was just on stated an extra 24 + hours was on it. Swiped the game off, tried loading it back on Steam, same times are listed on the Steam client as it was on my Phone.

I had 232ish event points and now I'm back down to 207 event points.

I have rarely had this issue in the past with idleon and the steam and android clients.

PS. I wonder if Day light savings affected the files, I haven't closed the game since then, but I have changed chars.

1. dropping a stack of however many peanuts to start the quest for the secret class makes ALL peanuts you dropped disappear, not just 1. it took my 2000 peanuts I dropped and then I had to re-farm hotdogs to make new peanuts to finish the quest -->** this bug also occurs when summoning the mini bosses!**

2. the deathbringer quest resets when getting logged out, for example from the white-screen bug which happens after a certain amount of clicks, Id guess around 10k clicks or so, it is frustrating that the quests resets because of bosses who only respawn daily, it would be much more fun and less frustrating if the quest does not reset.
   Another way to design the quest to fix this without making it too easy would be to add a timer, like let's say 1 or 2 hours to finish the quest, but keep the progress if logged out/kicked

While not from my experience as well I had initially noticed this oddity when viewing the shift of a player who obtained Vanillie, their gold food bonus increased by ~3.2k (presumably 3125 rounded up) fitting for the secret set applying (2500*1.25) but NOT the shaman family bonus which would make the value ~4281 (or 3425 if ONLY the shaman family bonus was applying)

But these buggs are just for the tournament side the pet mart and visit your pets are completley find and have not had any issues with them.

had a really weird issue yesterday morning. played my last valentines mini game and immediately tried to cloud save. when I returned to the character screen nothing was showing up except for an error message suggesting that I log out and log back in. I closed and opened the game multiple times and this error kept appearing. I logged out via the button in the bottom corner and resynced my account from the very main menu. when I logged back in my cloud save was rewound back to where it was the night prior when I closed the game. very weird issue, haven't had anything like this happen before. I know there are many issues with cloud saves between pc and mobile but I wasn't active on the mobile app at all in the hours surrounding the incident! thanks for reading and if you have any more questions lava I'm around to answer 🙂

Issue 1: On high waves (210+), sometimes you get 0 monsters left with a small amount of HP left (somewhere around 10 HP). There is nothing to attack and the TD minigame will not progress and be stuck in that state. Waiting the 9999 second timer will award a successful run. Forfeiting seems to not (I'm not 100% sure with this).

Issue 2: On many waves, mobs with 0 hp that seem to have been counted as dead by the UI do not disappear and will respawn and continue to walk down a platform. Attack towers do not seem to target them, but Kraken eyes do hit them. They can often lose you the run by tanking kraken hits and while letting other enemies make progress. Not sure if any maps never have this happen, but seems to happen way more frequently on on glublin and acorn maps and occasionally on snowman map. Does not seem that frequent on moonmoon, cans, citrine, or leek.

was attempting the 2nd world 7 mob battle and somehow got past it without actually winning? (unless I somehow didnt realize I won)

in any case if it is a bug here is what happened:
I won the world 7 first mob battle (with the mob team I also used for the 2nd one)
I was running peapod, looter, defender, 2 refillers, borger (got close one of the runs but it was still a defeat)
I lost a few times then went to get some new mob for spice collection
swapped to windwalker to upgrade my mob damage
swapped back to AC (which was what I was using to do these rounds)
and somehow had world 7 part 2 mob area unlocked for spice collection?

(thats all I can remember doing tbh so no clue on what happened)

Full Detailed Description of Issue (include steps to replicate & char name if you can/want) : This is a crash previously mentioned and is likely cited by multiple non-format confirming reports from people crashing when going to a hub map. There is an item or combination of items worn by others that can lead to Android crashing. The issue and temporary fix is much like when there is an update pushed and you're on a previous build, upon coming into contact with someone with assets you have no access to your game crashes, i.e log into another character that is not in the map being conflicted and changing to a different, less populated server, all the while hoping not to come into contact with more up to date people, before going back to the conflicted character. But unlike an issue of two different builds come into contact, my android has been up to date each time the crash has happened. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times, that changes nothing. Trying to find out what item or combination of items, I have to assume it is items because this crash can be experienced in later worlds thus it couldn't be someone finding a way to get strange characters into their name that could crash others or something else achievable with a fresh account. Could I myself isolate what item(s) is causing the crash? Sure, but it would take a bit of time going to different maps on different servers trying to find someone that crashes me, going to a different platform going to that instance and location and logging what everyone is wearing, and repeating. Surely a dev has a more efficient means of test loading every cosmetic item or combination of cosmetic items against himself on Android.

On some devices I crash at about 20 minutes in. On others, it crashes around 30 minutes. This crash has occured since whenever summoning has had stats that's allowed me to get this far in gambit. Gambit score is determined more by how long your device can hold back white screen crashes rather than any atk, hp, or other stats for your summoning skill. It happens every single time at around the same for any given device. (Device that crashes once at 30 min will crash every time around 30 minutes. A device that crashes once at 20 minutes will crash every time around 20 minutes.) I cannot increase my gambit further other than by buying diferent hardware (pc, laptop, etc.).

I found what appears to be a bug with the Price Recession talent on Wind Walker characters affecting Ninja upgrades.
Price Recession is supposed to reduce prices, but increasing it on a second Wind Walker caused the price of a Ninja upgrade to increase dramatically.

Steps to Reproduce
I have two Wind Walker characters.
Wind Walker #1 has Price Recession level 100.
With this setup, the Ninja upgrade "Currency Conduit" cost 177M.
On Wind Walker #2, I upgraded Price Recession from level 0 → level 20.
Immediately after this upgrade, the price of Currency Conduit increased from 177M → 885M.

Expected Behavior
Increasing Price Recession should reduce or maintain prices, never increase them.

Actual Behavior
After increasing Price Recession on a second Wind Walker, the upgrade price increased by exactly 5×.

Notes
The change happened instantly after upgrading the talent on Wind Walker 2.
No other upgrades or account bonuses were changed at that moment.
This suggests a possible stacking or calculation issue when multiple Wind Walkers have the Price Recession talent.

Summary
Adding more levels to a talent that reduces prices should never result in higher prices.
The large increase from 177M to 885M suggests a bug in the way the talent is calculated across characters, only taking in account the lower level talent!

Later that night i log on my phone to see all my progress gone, about 5-6 hours when i was farming statues to unlock the zenith and complete the quest. I closed the app on the phone and went to my pc to see if the save was secure, it was not. I even used idleon toolbox while i was on Steam during the day, but the progress just reset. I hope is just the spaghetti code of always and not just a new way to lose stuff in the game with the new patch.

Yesterday, and the day before I said that I've been having issues with my UI not registering any taps. I play on Android and my first character is EarthScarab7637 if that matters at all. I've deleted the game, reinstalled it, didn't fix, only seemed to make things worse, making me unable to click on the log in button in the tutorial. When that button does work, the problem still occurs even when I've signed back in and go into a character. It seems to stem from collecting idle rewards, using a time candy immediately removes my ability to press anything, and returning to the game after a farm either does the same thing, or I don't get anything... I just beat kelphead to unlock a new atom, but had unlocked aluminium and hadn't realised or used atom collidor since, so the option to unlock aluminium is there but now it appears I am unable to get the minehead atom. Also I used a legend talent for a gilded construction slot before I had purchased all of the building slots from the gem shop, so have wasted the upgrade and nerfed my account by one construction slot upgrade. Please help me with these issues.

It is not fixed until you talk to codfrey NPC in w7 town and swap maps. This is a huge loss in stats including drop and afk, making players miss out on a substantial amount of rewards for their activities.

The items in those slots can’t be moved to the chest or rearranged within the inventory. The only way to remove them is by dropping the item on the ground and picking it up again.

Short description: Collecting critters at the drone doesn't work properly.
System: Windows 10, PC
Long description: Collecting manually yields trillions of honkers and I am unable to get the shinies because they are buried underneath an eternity of honkers. Collecting automatically every 24 hour reset gives the same (minimum) amount of shinies regardless of the length of the trap. Same amount with 20 minutes as 20 or 40 hours, using Royal trap for extra shinies. Only a few hundred each time regardless of which animal. Using beastmaster auto trap skill collects only the shinies and avoids the swarm of honk, but has the same issue with low shiny count. Edit - this occurs regardless of the shiny prayer being on or off. Currently I have the gaming boost to get 3/5th of prayer effect with no downside.

You load the game and when you select a player let it load then spam click a portal. Once thru it in freezes all the buttons. But if you switch between characters the same thing has to happen for they will be frozen the next time you try to play it.

Same with mining low ores or not getting resources from minigames.

For anyone else who has this issue, this was solved, but still feel it sworth putting in incase anyone else runs into it.

Purchased the pack, but its still saying i cna buy it, and it did not give me the 10 spins, or 10 higher vault levels. I bought the pack on the browser while steams version was on character select, then switched to the steam version.

(Completely closing the steam version and reopening it fixed this problem, for anyone else who ends up experiencing it.)

I have something weird going on with my account.

The game keeps crashing on me within 15 seconds of being in the game. On android this is.
I tried all the general fixes.

• Log out -> Log in.
  Didn't work.
• Clear app data and Cache. -> Log in.
  Didn't work.
• Uninstall - install
  Didn't work.
  Log out -> Clear app data and cache -> uninstall -> clear app data on google play -> install.
  Didn't work.
  Tried different phone.
  Didn't work.

The game works fine on the web, but does not work on different phones.
Why I believe that it is my account that causes the crashes is because I can play just fine on another account on my phone.

Does anybody has an option that maybe could do the trick?

Game is Crashing in w4 Rift:
Seems to be limited to Steam Version, as I haven't had it replicated on my Android.

Class: Primarily occurs on my Death Bringer.

What's Happening: Whenever I cross the Rift and get the dialogue, it starts to freeze and crash the game. My character wants to cross over to hit mobs spawned by the gravestone.

Added: Crossing the Rift generates lag on all character types - it just seems to be at it's worst with the DB in use.

Bug report 🪲: My first character is Lucifer Izgod, but this happened on my 7th character. I had 18 event rolls this morning, and was happy to get the second green name tag on probably the third roll, and went through the remainder of those rolls without getting another major prize. I can't say what all the rolls were, but I was up to 19K+ of gold balls after those rolls, so I don't know how they added up. What I do know is, immediately after winning the name tag, I went in to check my inventory, before continuing my rolls, and it wasn't there. I even checked my chest just in case. It was kind of a bummer, especially because I was so psyched to win it that early. The only upside is, that I got the grand prize on my 19th roll, that I earned for time on this morning.

Side note: I don't know that I would call this a bug, but just a problem. I have been waiting for a five-star cardifier to show up in the shop for a while, and have been continually disappointed. A few days ago, I noticed that I happen to have one. IDK how I got it, but I was hoping that maybe they were in the shop, so while in the cards section of the codex, with the carrotman selected, I decided to click the buy button, to see if I could get more. The only five-star one that I had was spent on the lousy carrotman. That is the last place that I would have spent that. I was trying to decide what I would use it on, and had no decision in mind at that point. I was just happy that I had one. Now I have none Super bummer. If that is the way that that just works, then the buy button should be completely separate from the use button.

Inventory Glitch - I've had an issue for a couple of weeks now, around the valentines update. I purchased bag slots from the world 6 trader and a couple of my characters have items in their inventory that won't move.
They have been taking up space and I wasn't sure if it was visual or actually just stuck.

Edit: Solved it as I was typing this. They were glitched, but by locking and unlocking them, the items allowed me to move them to storage. When I used the lock icon, it did nothing, but the second click then showed the items to be locked. So just noting now incase someone has this.

I have a recurring issue on Android, in particular ,the clickers, when I want to switch from Orion to Poppy, the app straight up just closes itself. Without fail.

I brought a short video showing what happens, also, it's during the event as displayed in the middle of said video.

Also, in edit : this doesn't happen when I visit the Oasis directly, so it seems to be related to the button itself.

Pass by web, this problem is Mobile related only, so what you could do while it gets fix is get your account on steam/web version to switch into Bubba, save then come back to your mobile, just don't switch back, and you'll have to go manually to The perch and Oasis

Lafu Shi's quests demand that I pick apples and purchase a land plot.
The problem is: I've grown those apples and purchased that plot BEFORE picking up that quest. And now the game refuses to acknowledge any further plot purchases. I've purchased two plots with lemons, I've tried purchasing them with gems, I've tried to do it on a different character - to no avail. Apparently, the quest is somehow tied to a very specific First Plot To Ever Be Purchased.

So I guess now I am locked out of my game?

Full Detailed Description of Issue (include steps to replicate & char name if you can/want) : If you collect your sprouts in gaming before they grow back, then switch to another character that gets multiple hours of gaming afk gains, the game will only grow new sprouts but doesn't evolve them. They stay at level 1, even with a 98 hours of gaming afk gains and a 10.4min cycle shown in fertilizer tab.
It doesn't seem to be due to new advanced features, I tried to toggle on/off any gaming related ones (auto claim afk gains, toggle harvest all and even fast mode logs) before logging into my 2nd character that claimed big gaming gains, and it still happened.
Edit: Same thing happened when I collected one of the chemicals. Only base sprouts were grown. Collecting a 2nd chemical without collecting all grows them normally. Log game isn't affected, all sprouts grow normally.

This is most definitely a bug. Allow me to reiterate.
The quest demands that I PURCHASE A PLOT. So then I PURCHASE A PLOT. MULTIPLE times. And it doesn't count.
I PURCHASE plots with fruit currencies.
I PURCHASE plots with gems.
It does not work.
This is the very definition of a bug.

But I guess that's just about it. The reply is "not a bug, there's a fix". But no further elaboration will ever be provided.

I've dropped that quest to pick it back up again, then dropped it to pick it up after switching characters, then dropped it to pick it up after fully logging out of my account and relogging back in. The problem persists. Ditching the quest DOES NOT FIX its objective being INHERENTLY LINKED to the purchase of Plot #2 and no other Plot.

@austere mauve Here they are. This is my current quest log and my farm plots. One was purchased with apples (prior to quest pick-up, which has caused this entire mess), one was purchased with lemons, two were purchased with gems and one was purchased with gems on an alt.

@stoic tartan I just wrote how these plots were obtained.
Plot #1 was the free starting one.
Plot #2 was immediately purchased with gems via the gem shop. After setting up two plants I found the quest NPC and picked up the quest. But since that plot was supposed to be purchased with apples instead, I got permanently stuck.
After planting two seeds I popped instant growth and got my apples. I turned them in for an extra plot. Got the Plot #3. But the quest did NOT register it as a valid purchase.
I tried discarding the quest and picking it up again, tried buying extra plots with gems, tried to buy one more 'legitimately' with lemons.
Nothing works.

My guess is that the quest does not, in fact, demand "a plot to be purchased", but rather "the Plot #2 to be purchased". Which is impossible to do if said plot is obtained before the quest is picked up.

Got a 'free pet' as per system notification that told me to go to W1 and pick it up.
But I guess I actually didn't. Because reasons. The button remains inactive (both in Current season pet gacha and Legacy pet gacha).
And the funniest part is that now I can't even roll on ANY of them. Because the 'buy' button is locked out by a 'free charge' not used. Which I cannot use.

Full Detailed Description of Issue (include steps to replicate & char name if you can/want) : Attempting to log in and it pops up the tutorial for starting the game. Selected the log in at the top right and selected steam. After doing so there is no prompt and nothing happens, it just sits there. I'm 99% it was on a steam account but I also attempted to use my email which just put a dark filter of the screen and sat there with no prompt being shown after entering a email/pass.
I've actually double checked my account since then and based on my achievements I started playing in 2025 meaning the account was created after the cutoff for stream and I have only ever played on steam. I tried uninstall and reinstalling as well as deleting my local files. No change in behavior still just sits there after selecting to sign in with steam.
1st character's name is protoVivi, if other info is needed for my account I can provide it please just reach out.

I ve been farming xp on my chars today, and as I had à bug on another game, I had to reboot my PC.
When I came back to the game, the char that was active was damage lock. Whatever I do, the dps doesn't change.
Needless to say, he can't xp anymore since he doesn't have enough damages to kill the Pirate deckhand, so clearly the crystal mobs are out of the question.

The "pet roll" problem was yet again of a different nature. The current event was supposed to give me an extra 'free pet roll' for keeping the game open for a certain period of time. So once the timer ran out I received a system message that I have received my extra free pet roll.
Yet when I teleported to W1 city and tried to claim this roll, I was unable to do so. The game informed me that I got a roll, but I did not actually get a roll. That was the problem. And I guess it won't work the next time too.

Overflow problems in cavern skill nodes unable to get opals/ and haven't been able to for over a year.

Smithing overflow: Can't triple up on thread, it will make 0 progress.

Sampling overflow capped at 22q, unable to sample at max efficiency.

Critter overflow: Too many critters per trap or collect all = no critters, no exp.

Ballons for cooking give nothing on mobile: Exp overflow.

MSA/Worship overflow: Can't level skill on most totems, too much exp.

Sneaking exp overflow: Too much exp = no exp.

Tower Defense overflow: When playing with Slow Roast Wiz effect, Dmg builds to 2.2b then goes negative, then wraps around back to low millions, making later rounds impossible.

Game still hard crashes scrolling past last lore boss.

Steam still has Bravery monument bugged where you don't lose damage like your supposed to when you don't one shot kill. Make it fair for everyone.

Thanks for all the great content and bug fixes in the past. Looking forward to these getting fixed as well.

And Please, please make make a High Performance toggle for fighting mobs by disabling Damage numbers while fighting mobs in-game like you did in pet/"mob" arena,tower defense, and summoning battles. I believe this would fix the lag/crashes for multitasking via codex and ake attacks smoother.

And high performance/ toggle amber animation off for spelunking.

So I just like, can't log in anymore? I signed out because it was having some cloud save issues and now I just can't log in. I've restarted my laptop 7 times and it still doesn't work. I don't know what's up. My next mode is to delete it and redownload it, but I really just don't know.

Edit: Okay, so after deleting and redownloading it, it still doesn't work. When I try to log in with google, the session times out after literally 2 seconds so I just can't log in. And trying to sync with Steam or log in with email just doesn't work and it has a small grey circle on the screen. So I just can't play this game anymore.

Second Edit: It's doing the same thing on my phone. Can someone else sign out and see if this is a problem for them? Because this is just weird.

Full Detailed Description of Issue: Somewhere between the anniversary+summer event and now, both boxes no longer have a functioning guaranteed title system. The titles aren't RNG so without this logic working they are unobtainable even with having played the events and opening enough boxes. The same logic is likely applied to golden oysters, but they are RNG so it can't be confirmed like these nametags.

Full Detailed Description of Issue (include steps to replicate & char name if you can/want) : i used an item to set my daily reset at about 8 pm est but somehow its been pushed all the way to 9 am the next day its very noticable with the daily dig since i can only do yesterdays dig until 24 hours when i can get todays dig, id love my daily reset pushed backwards to 8 pm if its pushed forwards thatll only make my issue worse

I found an exploid for Summoning. How do i contact a Mod? I can trivialise all of the boss battels (like I beat "the Zephyeror 11" whit 474T damage In 1,5 minuts) It feels and looks NOT Intendet I have a video how to do this exploid and can send proof to them so they can fix it. I only tried it on Mobile but it should work on PC to. Sorry for my bad English.

For treasure 4, the dig on the correct spot isn't registering(maybe because the event dig). The red popup text just indicates that treasure is on another world, or that I've already found the treasure for the day.

So, this was a weird one. My first character is LUCIFER IZGOD, but this happened on my 7th character, STRUNGOUTBOB. After going to my hunter, STRUNGOUTBOB, I was depositing items from inventory to storage chest, with quick tap enabled, which still allows me to open gifts, event items, as well as deposit keys, tickets, etc., with the long press action. I had 21 edible coins, that I attempted to open, but after emptying all the other unlocked items into my chest, the coins appeared to have disappeared, leaving no trace of its contents. I checked the chest for the coins, and even checked the ground to see if I had accidentally dropped them (something that appears to be impossible with the chest open). Unfortunately, it appears that they have actually disappeared. I don't know if you can see a log of the actions, but maybe there was something that I did, ie., actually open them, and somehow accidentally hit quick deposit. I'm open to the possibility that it was my doing, but it didn't appear to be.

Full Detailed Description of Issue (include steps to replicate & char name if you can/want) : Logged out per the instructions when the game was unable to login, and now I can't login with steam using the steam client. I click sync up, then click the steam option and the menu just closes. I've tried restarting my computer, re-installing the game, re-installing and then rebooting, verified game files, re-logged into steam, nothing worked. It seems like it is just the steam login option that is borked.

Details: Playing via steam, closed the game window, started again a few minutes later. I'm in the intro area, I've tried the green LOG IN icon, selected steam, game grayed out and did nothing else, even the LOG IN icon stopped to do anything. Tried to restart the game, relogin to the steam, restart the steam application, nothing helped. Game files verified. Other games works properly. Playing through the web browser works properly (I'm still logged in from before), but that's not an option for me. Because I didn't have to solve logging issues before, is there a way I can check the logging option I've used? I tried steam, gmail and email (I'm not an apple owner), the furthest I got was a grayed screen with the intro area and non-functional LOG IN icon.

Short title of issue: Lost my jackpot run on pot o' gold

Details: Went into W1 to do my pot o' gold attempt, and it was the guarnteed jackpot one, but apparently as I clicked in W1 I hit the copper mine portal and didn't realize. So I hit start on my pot o' gold attempt and as it was starting it teleported me into the copper mine and the run stopped, I went back to the minigame and it said I had no more attempts and I didn't have a guarnteed jackpot anymore. I checked my inventory for the nametag, and it was not there. I cloudsaved, verified my files, restarted the game and even logged out and back in and it is not there. I paid for attempts to get the guanrteed so I'd like to get the item I was going for.

Full Detailed Description of Issue (include steps to replicate & char name if you can/want) : I don't know what steps to take to replicate the issue, it just happened. I was having some connection issues when trying to play the other day, so I restarted my laptop. It was still having issues. Reset the WiFi, still issues. So I logged out and now I just can't get back in. I've tried every log in method on the login screen and none of them worked. It just sort of greyed the screen or didn't do anything at all. Then I downloaded the game on my phone, and I still couldn't log in. Again, tried every method. I did notice that for the Windows Steam log ins I tried, when I would do log in with google, it would say that the code/session expired after 4 seconds every single time. So even if the log ins weren't bugged, I wouldn't even have enough time to log in anyways, but I think that might be an extension of the bug. Please get this fixed. I'm missing out on so much St. Patty's day loot. Username of first character is Relgiroth if that helps at all.

World 6 Summoner Quest – Progression Not Detected if Essence Spent Before Quest Activation

Description:
I encountered a progression issue with the Summoner quest in World 6.

Before activating the quest, I interacted with the summoning system (because… curiosity wins every time 😄) and spent essence on upgrades.

After activating the quest ("Spend your essence"), the game does not recognize any prior spending, and the quest does not progress.

Current State:

Completed 3 battles (2 pawn icons shown)
Have spent essence on upgrades already
Remaining essence is insufficient to purchase another upgrade
Quest remains stuck at "Spend your essence"

Troubleshooting Attempted:

Relogged
Restarted game/client
Continued gameplay progression, i received 14 essence from time spent it, and still no completion, won a 3rd battle plus the time spent to regen essence still no progression.

No change.

Conclusion:
The quest appears to rely on a forward-trigger event instead of checking existing state, resulting in a soft-lock if the player spends essence before activating the quest.

Suggested Fix:

Allow retroactive completion if essence has already been spent
or
Change trigger to check total upgrades instead of new spending events

Optional Developer Bribe:
If fixed, I humbly accept a temporary god-tier item that disappears immediately after I admire it 😄 FIXED: by waiting to get 3 more upgrades in essence. the original upgrades i did before did not count, it has to be seperate from the time it says to upgrade in the quest progression.

Short title: Crash in pet battles, Version. v1.09 (Goldrush Event)
In the latest game version, when I use the following pets in the pet battle (in world 4 town) then the game reproducibly crashes (tried on the browser version with various browsers on Win11 and macOS 15.7.4 (latest versions of Chrome, Firefox and Safari) and the Android version. The browser versions stall and the Android version crashes to desktop): Sand Giant + Mamooth + Mafioso + Walking Stick + Snowman + Flying Worm.
I tried it more than 5 times, always the same result. My guess is that it's because of the Snowman. Couldn't fully pinpoint it yet because I always have to wait 22 hours between experiments.
The level where it crashes differs, sometimes below 100, but in these 5 experiments always before I lost. (Usually I loose somewhere between level 175 and 200).

I think I may have accidentally discovered a bug¿—but I could be wrong.

Allow me to explain context—I live along a timezone border, and a few times I've disconnected while traveling, reopen the game 2 minutes later and somehow I have 1 hour of progress—now it seems to self rectify itself, because the shop timer is still the same?

I don't know if this is actually a bug, I just wanted to point this issue out, does anyone else live along a timezone where they could drive 5 minutes and their clocks all jump by an hour, that has experienced this?

(No, I haven't tested if it can be reproduced, I just noticed it happens a few times, and it only seems to happen IF the game crashes, not simply exiting out.)

Full Detailed Description of Issue (include steps to replicate & char name if you can/want) :
Depending on the current orb kill count and the character checking, if King of the Remembered is specced on any DK (and possibly with some divinity dependency), the lab bonus Wired In will show as active or inactive for all characters in the print UI. This seems to be a display issue, and not impact actual print output (tested using the VMan skill to force a print in both display states).

1. Activate Wired In in the lab.
2. Link to Harriep (not sure who all needs to be linked here or if it's necessary, I have Doot so I can't turn it off to test. Might even be Doot dependent)
3. Put points into King of the Remembered on any DK.
4. On any DK go kill some mobs with orb up. If you watch the 3d print UI while doing this you'll notice that the print numbers for all characters occasionally flicker between gold and purple.
5. Stop at any point and check the print UI on all your characters. Some random(?) subset of them will show gold print numbers while others show purple.

Full Detailed Description of Issue (include steps to replicate & char name if you can/want) : Exactly 2 days and 10 hours ago, I had issues connecting to the server/s, Since restarting the game and changing my wi fi didn't work, I logged out. Now I can't login anymore, with anything. My main account's login is Steam, but neither the other 2 options (email and Google) work either. I presume (primarily because I don't know) that the issue is that the game is outdated, hence the reason why I can't connect to the servers nor login. However, when checking the Play Store (see attachment), the game version is still 2.495 instead of 2.499. I don't think this is primarily Lava's issue, but rather the play store not being up to date, but this issue is making me unable to play the game.

I purchased 10 event tries, used them and i had 10 tries before guaranteed event reward, upon saving and re logging in my event stats/ stars set back (with one of my black market purchases) so i had 55 and i bought +3 ribbons a day but i dont have it anymore and my 1.8k gems are gone (10 tries)

Eamsy Earl does nothing when first 3 trophy spot is tier 3+
I just got it and my trophy tiers stayed the same. My First trophy is T4, 2nd and 3rd are T3. 4&5th are T2. And it stayed exactly like that after I got the pet.

Running into an issue where I'm not getting price reduction in alchemy when on the correct class from the multiplier of the second bubble.

For whatever reason, warrior's rule is not applying the multiplier to the price reduction orb on my DKs or BB. As such, the price to level up orange bubbles is the same regardless of what class I'm on.

I double checked and I am correctly getting the increased price reduction on green/purple bubbles when I'm on an archer/wizard class respectively.

Full Detailed Description of Issue (include steps to replicate) : When relogging into steam stats will occasionally drop. They revert to regular once i visit world 7 merit w1 pet spawn then w2 mailbox in any order.

These are not card or prayer changes I simply moved through these 3 worlds locations and everything reloaded to the normal stats. It's been happening for 2 days.

No other platforms are being logged into or used it just doesnt seem to load all my stats for whatever reason. Swapping characters doesnt fix it, nor does closing and reopening the game only after visiting these 3 locations for whatever reason does the issue seem to be fixed during the session.
