Check out the construction and cooking sections, you have lots of upgrades in both sections that are sub 1 minute completion, you can build up quite a lot of extra cooking bonuses, and leveling up the underleveled construction stuff will help your construction mastery. Getting cooking to the point where a ladle doesn't give a level and construction to where it doesn't insta-refill is a good minimum

it really depends on the persons situation i primarlly maintained my weight for the past few years and remained active due to my bad eating habbits i mainted my weight never go beyond my previous limit ( which is partially bad so i need to eat less) but still feel strong/ no health reprecussions. but it differs from person to person since not everyone has the same circumstances health , mentally wise. some people eat alittle everything but limits portions But always stick to a method you know its effective or even fun for sports that is not detrimental to your health / physical /mental well being. And i think losing weight needs sacrifice/ consistency but as long you its not detrimental i think having weight is normal as long you dont feel sick. Also consult a specialist or learn the trade off if possible so you will know the risk. idk if my long paragraph is offensive or not so this is just my pov haha
