If you just choose to level alchemy bubbles and make use of the added regen you'll see why it's so good

Ignore me I'm high. My advice is to not rely exclusively on boomerang. Use the knighty knight on the platform your boomerang doesn't hit. Keep refreshing it in between throws. Also, make sure you've got as high of level as possible in your orb for max time

check ES talents that boosts div things. Leave many chars there, try to push it as much as you can. Also push cooking, the meals help a lot.

honestly I would recommend just getting everyone to level 100 in the base skills for rift (mining, chopping, catching, fishing) and THEN worrying about keeping vman higher level than them. when you don't need to actively level your other characters in those skills anymore. it's easy to keep vman higher level if he's the only one skilling.

For skill efficiency you can look at meals, alchemy bubbles (both base stats and skill efficiency bubbles, stamps, and post office boxes)

You might also want to consider making use of crystal countdown for the slower leveling skills (like trapping). you can see the status of it in the toolbox dashboard.
