both (as well as every other mob in w7 except clams) have the same drop rate, go to the zones, and if you have multikill divide kph by the multikill and check where you get the most kills, farm them there

you get desync from switching chars, about a second each time, some from switching zones, some from refighting bosses etc, all small, but adds up to a couple of minutes
the big one is lag though, was alleviated a bit with the crystal cap, but recently i keep getting more crystals again, so it might be because of that
