The program is Job Corps. Its essentially a technical college, but better, for those 16-24. Its been around for over 60 years but this year, they have not been included in funding for longer than ever before, so there is a real threat of it losing funding. My current center has enough funding until June 2026, at which point it would have to shut down. The petition is literally just signing your name and an email address to be updated about the petition, so that it can be given to congress to be like, "hey! Keep funding Job Corps!"

Fact of the matter is, even if you can craft up an artifact, you can only craft up part of its stats guaranteed, which makes it effectively no better than getting an average piece, you can only make one piece of any set per patch, and the items needed for it are head removingly hard to obtain without money.

But I'll be honest, it might be better just make a second account off a different email if possible, unless you want an entirely clean break to get a full refresh of everything. Theres a thing in the crafting section called the enigmatic booster that i didnt know what it did that i didnt utilize
It boosts the boosts from the secrets so like the pig head gives you kill per kill but with the booster you can get it into the 10s of thousands or higher
