Well yes, it literally has attack speed buffs and different attack speed weapons, but if you mean your normal attack speed no, it has it's own stats for it

so from where you're at, especially being F2P you need to grind out all easy sources of base drop rate (your easiest rn are equinox, grotto+temple, +SB talent) and you desperately need those multis to start stacking. Your W7 is progressed pretty far for your current stats so youre not getting much by min maxing those skills. You need to focus on drop rate and AFK gains to make the next systems "farmable" in a reasonable amount of time
