Okay, you need to go unlock something in W2 Alchemy under yellow bubbles. You need to unlock the next three. That third one is called 'diamond chef'. Any meal you cook that's over level 11 gets a speed boost.

-Pocket Divinity - standard use - Harriep + Omniphau or Goat
-Pocket Divinity - sampling - Goat + Snake

During long stretches of lab-focused XP grinds (aka Lab75/Div40 or Lab2100):
-real link - anyone in lab on Goat (any ES on Purrmep with Polytheism to Goat), anyone not in lab can be on Bear
-Pocket Divinity - standard use - Harriep + Omniphau
-Pocket Divinity - sampling - Bear + Snake

If you've hit 24k on all your monuments, then maybe throw some folks back on Div to unlock Kruk for the free bubbles (this mostly becomes a thing once you get the various bonuses that make it better, but a few daily stat bubbles isn't terrible to start)

At your current exp per hour, it'll take just over 20 days. But once you unlock gambit, I recommend resetting opals and working on your other villagers.
