it kinda depends on what you're curently trying to do and what your progress on everything is. at some point you get monument afk gain bonuses which will in turn get you more hours than you actually did, for example if i claim 23 hrs on somebody in the monument i claim about like 125 hours i think?

The bravery monument allows you to use it once you have AFK'd there for one hour minimum. Bonuses and mechanics are stronger the more hours you sacrifice to it.

Yes it can be with any character, even all characters at once, and yes there will be multipliers to that time later.

You get one point for every 100 class levels each character is above level 400. So one point at level 500, one point at level 600, etc.
