Im having an issue while leveling all my guys to skill 100 where their chopping efficiency (both specialist and non-specialist) have a much higher chopping efficiency than mining. All of them are using the same tier tools and the stamps are the same level. I even have some bravery boosts to mining efficiency. But its like a 20m difference for non-specialists (20m mining 40m chopping) and specialists go from around 1500m mining eff to 2200 chopping efficiency. Just a big gap that i dont get
