Should I be saving my plants to get more evolution tiers unlocked for the log book?
For T1-T5 evolutions, you will get them naturally and easily over time as you progress through gaming. Do not save your sprouts, just harvest them all.
For T6, you will get them all naturally by time you reach around ~1B/T red bits. Do not save your sprouts, just harvest them all.
For T7, you can get them all once you have instant gaming (very late stage), requires deep farming (W6 skill). Setup board to have 1 or 2 of the plant you want the t7 for with the rest as chemplants. Use all the chemplants and they hit t7. If they don't, reset and restart.
For T8, requires instant gaming, a lot of setup with chem plants (anywhere from 10-20 hrs worth of chaining), and pray to the RNG gods.

Blessings are active at all times. Minor link bonuses are only active if you are linked to that God.

Doot lets you be connected to all Gods at once. The alternative is pocket divinity in the Hole (W5M3) which lets you link to 2 gods (on top of the manual link you can already make).

• Stamps - work on finding missing stamps and getting overall stamp level up to about 2.5k (you're just abut 1k right now)
• Anvil - make sure you claim your items, make sure you've assigned all 2-3 production options for each character (you have Sheepie pet for +1 from big green bubble, you might have golden anvil from gemshop, too?). Also work on buying anvil points for monster materials on everyone. You should be able to do W1-3 pretty relatively fast with an ES or when you push deathnote kills to unlock VMan
• Forge - you may want to start smelting bars of any kind, so fill it up
• Owl - this map is above the red mushrooms and will provide some solid stats to help you finish pushing to W6, it also has Drop Rate and base stats which are also good

W2

• Alchemy - keep unlocking new bubbles, particularly 18th in orange/yellow (next 1 and 2). Push your first bubbles up to ~100. Work on leveling big bubbles to improve samples. Keep rolling for vials
• Arcade - make sure you claim your balls. I'd either save them for a new rotation or throw some into refinery speed
• Roo - this is another new clicker map (like Owl) that is found on the Crabcakes map, you'll need to buy a map item from the W2 shop. This offers AFK% and fishing efficiency, both really nice bonuses

W3

• Refinery - turn off auto-refine on red and green salts. You need to level those as much as possible in order to produce more of the other salts
• Worship - give skulls to your last 3 characters. Claim worship charge on each character individually, don't use Charge Syphon. You have the MSA unlocked in W3, so claiming is pretty fast. I would check IE for whatever gives the most xp per charge, if you don't need a specific soul atm. Work towards unlocking Shiny Snitch, Midas Minded, and Balance of Pain prayers. Check !guide spreadsheet for setups
• Trapping - upgrade to new traps asap and make sure you set them up

• Cooking - in preparation for unlocking the 18th yellow bubble, Diamond Chef, unlock all the new meals you have available. Use recipes from IE. Then push all your meals to level 11, for the speed bonus from Diamond Chef. Start with your meal cooking speed ones (egg, corndog, cabbage) and the earlier ones
• Lab - like I mentioned above, you'll probably want to get your lab bonuses from people linked to Arctis, at least until you unlock Goharut (next god). Additionally, you may want to pay attention to the chip/jewel rotation in order to prep for things you need

• Divinity - check out the third 📌 for a pretty complete guide. With Hole being a thing now, you may want to take a short afk detour on Bravery to get the 80 and 750 hour unlocks

-Pocket Divinity - sampling - Goat + Snake
After unlocking a new Sneaking Mastery Tier - highly recommend using 1 link to Flutterbis so you can farm some Divinity Pearls to easily get Cooking to 50 on everyone. (For reference, you can easily use Green Balloons to get to 30. Then you'll need 500 Divinity Pearls to get from 30 to 50).

Bear is fine to use in order to keep your lab nodes lit up while you are doing other things. It has one of the best minor link bonuses as well so it is perfect fine to use. If you are in lab (i'm assuming you have goat unlocked), while its not ideal - you can always rectify it after your weekly reset. On that note, I should mention the below: just to make sure you are aware. (if you already then ignore 🙂 )

How do people deal with only being able to swap gods on 2 characters a week?
Each unlink allows you to change gods on not just 1 but up to all 10 of your characters at once. Make sure to click on all the characters you would like to unlink before you click on the 'Unlink' button in the bottom right of the interface to confirm the change. generally it can vary a bit depending on how far you've pushed. but measure bonuses are extremely important to push hole. bravery bonuses are mainly for outside hole and can be delayed a bit until you've farmed up a few more levels in the story telling event. wrt wish chance, it ends up being ~1/day which is less potent than increasing the measure bonuses (which for wish specifically is ~3/day).
so i would say measure > wish > bravery. but that's just my 2c
