Class levels should be the least of your worries. You'll be like lvl 250-300 from just pushing W5.

Unless you heavily neglected several things, you shouldn't be one shot in the starting map of W5. It's a good place to pump levels into everyone if you need it otherwise.

Right now it's mostly deciding who you wanna push with. ES is faster and has more damage if you can handle survivability. DK survives easier but is slower.

W2:

-Your first 2 bubbles on orange, green and purple should be at least lvl 100 as they will scale a lot of other things but you need the baseline covered first.
-Unlock more bubbles, you're very behind. Yellow bubbles should've been close to Diamond Chef by now and the others at least unlocked up to W4.
-Unlock more vials.
-Ignore sigils until late W6.
-You can probably max out P2W but i'm not sure how your economy is at this point in the game.

W3

-Equip royal sampler and skilled dimwit prayers on everyone. (maybe except Maestro) Don't take them off until late W6.
-Refinery is fine but take some actual samples to keep it perma running.
-Put green salt on 0% refine. It's the equivalent of red salt on the first page.
-Why is your ES printing mining materials? (and others printing stuff they are not specialized in)
-DO NOT use energy syphon on ES. Worship with everyone individually.
-Go unlock equinox since it's time gated.

W4

-Get egg, corndog and cabbage to lvl 11 for the meal speed. Ignore everything else until then. (you can unlock new meals if they're easy to get but don't level them yet)
-Unlock the next spice asap. (you need it for choco next week)
-Follow the breeding guide if you can.

Misc:

-Max out goblet merit from W1.
-Work on your merits in all worlds, you're way too behind for some reason.
-You ignored star signs entirely since W1, go grab them. Most should be free by now and they're very strong bonuses.
-Unlock Vman at some point during W5.

Well, the biggest thing to understand is that MK is primarily for mob count farming (deathnote, zow/chow, portal) and main item drop (top left on the card), which means this also affects mob sampling

If you're farming for particular drops that are not the main drop, then MK does not matter

ok, separate separate question. if currently we can only get 5 Zeropoint stopwatches, how exactly are we supposed to spread around upgrade slots? should it be one of each stat type? or just assume we'll get two more character slots and do 2 with 4 slots used on each stat (so 2 Wis, 2 Str, 2 Agi etc etc)... and if so, which one would be less important to print from? fishing maybe? but then mining needs the print bonus too. chopping is atoms, so no choice in that.

I wouldn't spread, but i also wouldn't worry about it too much, the 30-40 stat you'll get per ring is pretty small when you've got 50k+ (about 1k for me with my current bonuses)

so pick whatever your favorites are and wait for new characters to round out the rest

In regards to your other question, a few things that stood out first. For forge you can also forgo oil for copper/iron bars on the off chance that you start 2 minute claiming and burn through all your oil

!it Toolbox has an Item Planner that you can use to keep track of everything you need to make gear, so you can use that as you upgrade. By Dreadlo, are you meaning Magma? If so, I'd try and aim for Kruk for most of your folks. From there you can make a few sets of marble if you want to minmax for sampling, otherwise kruk will hold you till godshard (and even then you typically only get two pieces)
