SB has the flag, which can sometimes spawn a plunderous mob. Killing it gives coins that respawn mobs on the map. Killing 1m of these gets an achievement
ES has wormhole, which will spawn increasingly difficult enemies, but they give more xp and drop rate, as well as each one you kill spawns a new regular enemy on the map. Killing 1m of the wormhole mobs gets the achievement.
DK has orb, which as long as it is out, each kill gives a bonus to xp and DR for everything on the map. It does have the least good respawn of the three, requiring everything on the map to be dead to respawn it. Killing 1m mobs while orb is active gets the achievement
