Minor buffs scale with your div level and you can only get purrmepps buff once though - so you have to pick a character to link to purr so it knows what % to give on the minor. You pick your highest div char for this

What you want to measure by is the drop rate of the royal ashes. It is a factor of 1000 more likely to drop than the recipe.

As such, the average player gets the recipe by the time they have 1000 royal ahses
