Typically troll is irrelevant, the time gate will be salts to get to troll, magma and kattle is nearly a free-unlock as it's easy to get. So if you get troll, you should pretty instantly get magma type thing.

There's certain breakpoints depending on div level to reach the "next" arctiv bear, so it depends if you're going for lvl 152 div or 155 type thing.
