I did it recently its actually pretty easy for everything.

For chopping just straightforward, go to the tree that gives you the most
For catching everything is also straightforward its not too slow just stop at lower level
For mining you can go to equinox and mine a bit of ore there actively, reach high level and go to the mine level you want.
For fishing DONT even try to progress normally its extremely slow, just go to equinox, leave a character there actively for like 20 minuts and then go to the fish island instantly.
For worship - play 1st tower defence manually on everyone at least once.
And for cooking get to like lvl 15 and spam with divinity pearl to 50 on everyone.
