My guess here is that they're leveling up the Featherweight talent and not seeing a MS increase, but Featherweight PLUS a potion on top is giving more MS. That would be because of the several salt lick at 170% losing its bonus, then sigil losing its bonus at 175%

Basically trying to figure out movespeed between 170 and uhh 215? 220? Whatever the Tiptoe Quickness star talent gives.. is just confusing as heck.

One of the causes is from the DK orb kills giving printer output. The game is constantly recalculating your output numbers and bonuses

and because they happen so fast, it doesn't always get back to full 6x display. Sometimes it only gets to 2x display, then another kill comes in. Purely visual though. The number printed on the backend is correct.
