try to get silver tools on everyone, they're cheap to make and give some nice stats. The stats on the tools are multiplied by the 7th talent of second tab, so it's bigger than it seems

It's true, it has its uses but if you're active on the game at all it falls off

In exchange, each lap a ship does has a chance to upgrade an existing chest (think it just brings back a better one)
