At least level 70 all to wear the final skull. After that, ALWAYS claim Vman's charge with max EXP effort. Then it is up to you on the other classes. Stealing charge with ES gives more souls, but continuing to level up the other classes gives an easier time toward 1k skill mastery, and some more max charge thanks to Gospel Leader bubble so you don't have to do Worship quite as often.

Here is something super important to know when combining obols. You should reroll obols at their lowest tier to +1% DR and place the rerolled obol on the left

Because the new obol get the modifier from the left obol

depends on your towers and their ability to clear it really

lower level towers youd run it slower even though youd lose out on the stack damage probably
