My biggest damage is something around 23mil, but most of my characters are below 10mil. I have tried searching around and I don't see anything that would significantly boost my damage. Most of your damage will come from having lots of levels in both your stamps and alchemy. There's a sort of stacking effect going on with all the different sources where you'll suddenly find yourself doing big damage

Focus your easy Alchemy Bubbles -> Especially sampling bubbles and resample afterwards
Unlock your last Vials
You have a lot of meals needing only a few ladles
Work towards level 200 Arena
Upgrade your Skills -> Level 300 atleast for the passive cards

Note: I have not checked the gear of any of your guys - they probably need an upgrade
