Do a few levels and check how much your stats improve and compare it to bubble 1's

I recently atomed the slab wis bubble and was getting like 8 or 9 per click which is good

Now its at 3 or 4 per click though which is less than the 5 per click I get on bubble 1

So eventually they become worse than just clicking bubble 1 while also having a higher atom cost

Also the slab bubbles are just fairly minmax options in general. They dont give as much power for the investment required as a lot of other skilling bubble options so they should be a last resort option when everything else is leveled pretty high

I just 90% them for purple then later orange because honestly of the 7 skill bubbles, 4 of them only take like 2-4 days of atoms each.

For reference I have 1421 slab and I stopped the slab wis bubble at 300 which is only 83.3% effect because it was worse than bubble 1 at that point

Kruk Sparkle should win in just about every case right now. For Hexes, plat skilling obols are better early because they give actual Skilling Power. Slush is better late because %eff eventually outweighs the flat skilling power.
