I was/am the same opinion, it looked like elite for w7 then 3 more for w8. That left my opinion to be 3 sub-elites for w6 as a suprise as an alternative, either way something didnt add up.

Someone did show the OLD Roadmap where it was kinda clear that its W6 - > 3 elite -> w7 - > 3 elite (nothing for w8) and assumption would be that all classes get a more generalized tab 5 skill tab like tab 4 in some sense.

It's very rare to see a high-tier captain and it's rare for it to have a useful type of bonus and then it's incredibly rare for it to have a useful number for that bonus.

Yep, I've noticed that. I still have a few low tier captains because I'm pulling top level captains with very bad stats almost always.

Finally replaced one with a single 50% loot and like a second 9% ancient. Bad, but better than what I had.
