2. Gold rewards is the same for every island I believe. However at some point you'll unlock the blobulyte trade artifact. He'll give you the most money for the farthest the island's treature is.
3. You have a cap to the number of chests you can store. This cap can be upgraded up to 32. Based on that, you can do the math for how long you can be away.

There is a chest capacity limit. If your loot pile is full, any captains that return to dock are "stuck" there until you empty the pile. That generally means 2 trips = full, so anything over 2 trips is inefficienct time

Yes, there's no way around it. It just luck in the end. The things you can do are: Getting afk procs to get gaming time (omni, gaming bubble, DK talent), using the +8h premium-ish gaming item, and proccing chemical plants to get more time, and using Kitsune Rock to make it go 3x faster

1. Royal Sampler on all 10 characters, no exceptions.
2. Active ES should NOT wear any prayers that increase monster HP, such as Midas or Jawbreaker.
3. Active DK generally wants Midas
4. Active Bubo generally wants Jawbreaker provided poison still 1ticks the base enemy. Then add Midas if that still holds true with the additional HP and gets you to the next 5 + 2x (5x, 7x, 9x, 11x) drop rate for more money

It does start to scale faster once your levels get higher. I'm currently getting over 1m br every time a DK levels up. Prioritize exp on all of your cogs directionals included and if you can afford to use atoms on bob its worth it to do so
