for phrolo shes just straight up worse cuz her rotation is much longer than QYs and her echo casts are too fast so hecate wont register all of them making you u waste some and she also buffs phrolo less than qy overall
for sigri shes kinda worse but for not by that much. like 5%. qy having matching element can also increase this gap when it matters. on the other hand lucilla has grouping which is not calculated into sheets and she cc locks the enemy while qy is easily interrupted without s1 so lucilla prolly easier to get the most out of. but i wouldnt pull her if you have qiuyuan alrdy and no other echo team to use him on

brant sig is mostly about build convenience, bc you have option to just ignore the whole ER scaling and just go fusion set. with a qs monofusion team it's not even that bad of a loss bc you generate a ton of energy with the back and forth swaps. it is a bigger issue a 123 team tho.

phrolo sig is raw amp that is valuable bc most amp buffs are for active resonators so for phrolo cant use them as shes off field for half of her rotation
