if you're still having this issue, my friends and I also encountered it and it seems like "collecting" the huge symbol under the dining room table broke something and reset word of power collection progress, or at least stopped anything collected after it from counting. when I went back and re-collected all the words while avoiding scanning that thing, I got my 18/18 fine. sounds super weird I know but worth trying since it worked for us

Depends on difficulty. But interactions do have a set percentage and duration to leave behind UV fingerprints and footsteps. For professional it's a 100% chance and it lasts 60 seconds if I remember right

Its not a hard map, however its a problem if the Ghost room turns to be a whole corridor or the upper cells from Block A and B
