Also maintaining old maps and the new versions of them is hard enough for a big team, way harder for a small team. Would you wanna be doing work on a ton of old things while trying to put out new things that will actually improve the game? Because it would eat up time working on the actual vision you have for it. I remember how fun I had playing old Tanglewood for the first time. The process of figuring out how the game worked. Playing nightmare mode for the first time. I had lots of fun. I'll admit old Tanglewood WAS fun. But the new one is just better

it's more a legality than controversial. I love all the new maps but Tangles kitchen layout. I get the basement table is the replacement, but having to kite a ghost downstairs changes the learning curve, which was the point of the kitchen loop easily accessible for beginners.

I personally don't think the player models will matter.

A major issue in this game is the lack of player models. Multiple people in one lobby wearing the same model can be confusing. While it WOULD be funny to remain with the older animations and whatnot... I think polishing would be nice.
