Ok cause I got a bathroom ghost room and I narrowed it down to 3 ghosts, moroi, onryo, or twins and I tore the bathroom apart looking for ghost orbs on multiple occasions and I couldn't find them

I ended up guessing twins because the hunting speed differences are subtle and I got it wrong and now I feel like I've been robbed

if you're talking about sound cooldown then yeah there's one, its every 80-127 seconds that the ghost drops a sound (the sound recorder sounds are delayed by 15s on some sounds so its not that useful to figure out myling which is every 64-127s)

If you have customs unlocked, make where where everything is normal but lose items on death is off. Practice looping with that so you dont need to worry about losing gear

Its just a lot of practice, keeping yourself the correct distance from the ghost, saving your sprint
