For the Gallu outside the hunt, if you set 3 lines of salt, the ghost just steps on one line and it will enrage. While it is enraged, the rest of the lines of salt remain undisturbed.

Usually with muffled audio you can just pickup a parabolic and turn it on/off and that fixes it, beyond that I'm not sure

Okay, so... I'm doing some speedruns and I have all the settings set to super easy except this ghost is refusing to give me my third evidence. Here's the thing though: I have "Fingerprint Duration" set to "Infinite" and I know this ghost has touched this door because it left fingerprints. And now those prints are gone. Would it be safe to call it an Obake because it might have done a door touch without UV that erased the ones that were already there?

I really don’t think so. If you have every ghost behaviour (and at that point most maps) learned then there aren’t many things to surprise you anymore. The absolute worst scare I’ve had in a long time is the ghost just spawning one step away from me and giving me a jumpscare, the fear factor falls off with knowledge and experience

With no sanity hunts aren’t surprising, they’re expected and mimic isn’t a surprise really, just another ghost type to watch out for behaviour wise. An experienced player knows that mimic is always possible so if the ghost randomly changed ghost speed drastically they wouldn’t be surprised they’d be checking for orbs

Yes once you know stuff things are not scary but you can still see rare interactions and stuff that get some reaction out of you. Surely after thousands of hours in phas not much will affect you anymore
