I swear to u demons have or at least had a speed up boost w LOS, I got all my info from the phas wiki months and months ago and always got demon w this information. Maybe they dont do it anymore.

This is the info that i got from phas wiki during that time:
Demons have a speed boost mechanic where they can increase their speed up to 1.65 times their base speed when they have line of sight with a player. This increase is gradual and takes 12 seconds to reach the maximum speed

It has 3 states, normal, enraged, weakened. Weakened is slower, enraged is faster, normal is normal. It does NOT disturb salt when its enraged, It gets enraged when it steps in salt, is incensed or uses a crucifix. While enraged it will reduce the cruci range by 2m, while weakened itll increase it by +1 and can step in salt

Keep in mind while weakened, itll stay that way until it steps in salt again, uses a cruci or is incensed, then it will return to normal. The cycle continues from that

it's a shame the book isn't as smart as the cheat-sheet site
the book is only useful for memory and on 3ev, on 2ev you can't strike through anything except the names themselves

Warm up the house by turning on the breaker and using your thermometer. The ghost room will be colder than the rest of the house. Should also use your EMF reader. It will go up if the ghost does an interaction (like moving an object or closing a door)

The dayan is only a female so if the name is a male name its not a dayan, if it hunts at normal speed at the first hunt, place salt down, make sure it steps in it, if its then if it hunts qwicker, you got a gallu, it also works with a crucifix

Equipment like the smudge and crucifix works normaly
