If you don't get static, you're fine. It can't hear you across the map or anything. But you'll get static at 10m (15m for Raiju) and the ghost can hear you at 9m (2.5m for Yokai)

Emf reader basically detect any ghost activity, including flicking a switch (breaker switch too).
Before a certain update, putting emf reader on the breaker when it's turned off is how certain people conclude if the ghost is a jinn or not, because Jinn was the only ghost that can turn on breaker.
But after the update, all ghost can turn on breaker. Jinn become the only one that can't turn it off.
So there's no point putting an emf reader there anymore.

So me and my friend are playing nightmare on Tanglewood and we obv have only 2 evidence. We got dots and ghost orbs. Usually whenever a ghost throws the ghost book, that means it's not ghost writing. Our ghost threw the book so we marked it off. We marked raiju and left. IT WAS A THAYE. Did they remove that check? Or is that just a nightmare thing since we could only have 2 evidence?

there's only 2 evidence in nightmare which means the ghost will be actively hiding one random evidence. this means you cannot cross out any evidence in nightmare or higher, you can only cross out ghosts

throwing the book happens in nightmare, it just means that it WON'T give you that evidence. it doesn't mean that it doesn't HAVE that evidence. that's why it's important to know your ghost types and forced evidences when playing on 2/1 evidence

You can do it on custom, get yourswlf 150 speed, infinite sprint, breaker on and a hunted mirror as a cursed object, if you will be lucky every game will last around 2-5 minutes. Simply enter through the staff entrence, go to the break room for the mirror, check the room and do everything as usual, no ghost should catch up to you

Both are, there is a ghost that is near impossible to loop and there is a ghost that is impossible to hide from

Being able to loop is a skill you learn to pick up later in the game so its intended. But the main focus is to hide until you're on higher diffs

Moroi is slow when your sanity is high but moroi is the fastest in game when sanity is 0 and has LOS speed buildup
