Hunting ghost video and sound are worth $20 each for example

seems like they made it so all the 'take photos of ghost interactions' don't give consistent credit, added a bunch of extra requirements for sound and video recordings, and it's really only worth finding the ghost type and leaving anymore

It's challenging. It's two tells are it'll close the front door without an event and without being near it. It also has a special door close that's subtly different than the usual door slams that all ghosts do

The ghost room no matter what ghost will get gradually colder over time. Usually after some time has passed it’ll hover around 3C or lower. If it gets warm again I’d check for if the ghost has moved rooms
