There's 2 types of roams a ghost can do, short roam max 3m its picks a random place within the distance and long roams max 11m same thing applies. Goryo can only short roam

Quick question for Apoc Challenge: Due to how the asylum is split into numerous wings, can the ghost hunt outside of its wing if you're on the full-sized map and not Restricted?

The ghost can hunt from wherever it currently is wandering/eventing, if you mean the locked doors they walk right through them.
There is a few different Ghost types that will wander far from their room usually towards the player

Ghosts have no further hunt restrictions on Sunny Meadows than they do on other maps.

To be fair, the wings are pretty long and full of junk. Ghosts will have some odd pathing sometimes. If the wing doors didn't lock during hunts then it'd be a lot easier to lure them out.

So on both Apoc Bronze and Silver you can tweak the hell out of the custom settings to your liking. You can decide how much evidence you want to get, whether or not you want a cursed item, how fast you and the ghost will be, and what your sanity will be at.

There's a fine balance between handicapping yourself and making sure you can still comfortably play the game. I choose to get little evidence so that I can walk and sprint at normal speeds.

15x is different - you absolutely cannot sprint

I think Apoc silver is relatively achievable with sprinting on and ghost speed at 100% and broken breaker and any weather setting

yeah 6x is honestly not too bad it's just sunny meadows is a massive map and you can drain your sanity just by wasting time trying to find the ghost room. ghost photo is required for apoc so it's best to get that taken care of in a timely manner

ive found DOTS ghosts are the best for this because it counts as a ghost pic

If you are on 1 evidence, and are using hunts to figure out the ghost. If you get emf5, you're only left with "easy" ghosts.
if freezing, you are left with 1 "hard" ghost.
If dots, you can be left with banshee, yokai, yurei, goryo
yokai and banshee is testable though, yurei is kinda rng and screw goryo
