Hey Grimm, have a question you may be able to answer for me. When a ghost changes its favorite room, can the temperatures in its original room still linger for a bit? Had freezing temperatures occurring in two rooms at once later on in a game and can't figure out why unless it's able to keep them lingering like that. Ghost was Yurei.

If its roaming a bit temps will drop in multiple locations, so freezing can change or be in two locations I guess if its THAT roamy, and they take a while to regulate

I'm not entirely sure on the time is takes though

Yeah I had some oddly high-roaming ghosts tonight, though I assume the higher the difficulty the more it can roam in the first place. Was on Nell's Diner earlier with the ghost being in kitchen storage but was setting off salt in both the kitchen and in the staff hallway

I've had it that when the ghost is in a small room, the neighboring rooms cool down a lot, too
but the ghost truly leaves its favourite room, then it will start warming up slowly from where it was, so it may take a while to notice a ghost leaving if you don't have orbs to verify

If its roaming back and forth a ton both rooms will be very cold

Normal behavior, can be annoying at times though

orbs are cool with roamy ghosts, since you can tell if it's leaving or roaming

otherwise.. gamble your fortunes with motion sensors, I guess, I find tier 2 better than tier 3 to track ghost movements

Oh I find t3 a lot better, the circular range is a lot larger than the tiny t1/2 and it also doesn't get triggered by the player. But at the end of the day, it's preference ig ^^

yea, for general use, T3 is defenitely better
but tier 2 clearly shows a ghost entering or leaving a room, since it has 2 beams
T3 technically also shows it, because it rotates to where the ghost entered or leaves the circle

but I just find it more clear on T2
(when it comes to doorways/hallways, specifically)

I also like to rapidly place and pick up the t3 so when I walk into the ghost it'll make a noise and move
