Hi, we’re having a voice chat bug on Phasmophobia (PC).

The game detects our microphones (input bar is moving), but:
• the mic icon never shows when we talk
• nobody can hear anyone
• it affects the whole lobby

We already tried Push-to-Talk, rebinding keys, restarting the game, recreating the lobby, changing voice recognition, closing Discord, resetting settings… nothing worked.

Is anyone else having this issue or knows a fix? 🙏

So did it understand me and choose to ignore me or did it recognize my voice and what was I saying but the game didn't pick up I said ,,where are you"?

you can cover 90% of basement in tanglewood with 1 t3 dots

it's not necessarily you the game has been quite unstable lately performance and servers wise but just to be sure restart your pc

If you do use T3 salt I'm guessing the moroi simply ran through it which made some of you guys think it was a dayan/hantu, especially true if you were playing with randoms

Nah nah.. its full on bugged for me.
I can play solo, multiplayer.. everything but the event isnt ingame for me, there are no decorations, no event.. no points collecting on my end.. its not there- and no matter what i tried to fix it.. its not there for me.
My game on Steam acts like there is no event. and its like this since the beginning of it.

Im like.. playing a game without a event from it feels which is kinda not fun and not fair.. why can everyone enjoy it but i cant.
So its not even server issues for me.. its just.. event through the last few weeks.
Last halloween i had similar issues and the support didnt even care- it never fixed my issue the last time :/ :(
