I would assume yes because the abilities should not be tied to the gender itself. However, I honestly have no clue since the change is still really recent.

Just that it did 2 events instead of hunting for zero evidence zero sanity, then look like it moved then hunted then I went to the new room with a cruci and it burt it in the same room after a event and it normal speed

Well if the ghost blinks last up to a whole second then it should be a Phantom. They are invisible for longer period of time while hunting.

I've found that a good way to check for Polter is to keep all nearby room lights on. Ghosts can't throw stuff when in a lit room, but the Polter ability still can.

Yeah, board just gives the spot the ghost is standing in. Mirror gives the true ghost room.

Imo, the ghost room is only mandatory for finding orbs.
